The Nuryan hotel has very neat and tidy rooms. Their hotel staff and owner treat you like family and will feed you with a big breakfast. During our stay our comfort was their priority and their hotel manager always asked us if we needed anything. My family highly recommends this hotel ❤️

Excellent staff will help you and tell you how to get somewhere. Clean, nice hotel, delicious breakfasts. The room has everything you need: gel, soap, slippers, as well as a TV, kettle, tea, safe.

I want to express my great gratitude to the owners of the hotel, you cover some minor disadvantages with your good, friendly attitude! The room had a balcony with a kitchenette , comfortable rooms , you don't need more to sleep at night and continue walking around Yerevan in the morning. Revolution Square (center) is 15 minutes away at a calm pace.
Most importantly , clean sheets , towels , soap were all in the room ♥️ if you go to Yerevan and need comfortable , budget conditions, I will come back here ♥️ Shnorakalutsyun Gevorg 🙏🏼

Very convenient location, to the vernissage 7-10 minutes on foot without ascents and descents, to the fountain square 15 minutes on foot. The rooms are different, according to the prices. The hotel employs amazing people, kind and responsive, always sincerely trying to help. We lived for a long time, managed to make friends with everyone. The breakfasts at the hotel are beyond praise, large portions, the food is homemade and delicious, you can not even get hungry until the evening.

A cozy hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are small, but equipped with everything you need. Insanely hearty breakfasts prepared by the charming Lucine. The location of the hotel allows you to walk around the center of Yerevan on foot - you can walk to the Vernissage in 15 minutes. And our room also had a balcony with a view of Ararat!!!

Everything is super cool! We lived there with my husband for 4 days in a room with a balcony. No cockroaches and so on were seen there. The staff is excellent, everyone is as kind and welcoming as possible. Very cool breakfasts included in the price (delicious and very satisfying). Of the minuses, the location is not the best and the shabby furniture (it needs to be updated already), but the price per room and the price of a taxi in the city is so acceptable that it was not a problem for us :)

I was checked into a room on the 1st floor, which overlooks a busy automobile street.
Pros: very polite and kind staff. Fresh renovation. The availability of cosmetics in the shower room. The heating was working.
Cons: a smoky room and the smell of smoking stood all night, artificial bed linen washed with stains, hair on the bed linen, lack of bedside tables and sockets next to the headboard, lack of a water cooler, not in the room, not at the reception, poor location car noise, it is impossible to ventilate the room due to the location of the room, lack of sound insulation, tire service nearby, in short, not for impressions and not for recreation.
I stayed for a day. The room price is 16,000 AMD on January 9th. Payment in cash. There are more minuses than pluses. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Very cheap.
At the same time, everything is cheap - beds, room doors through which everything can be heard, a bathroom where they forgot to make a normal water outlet and smells from the sewer. The view from the window to the parking lot under the Windows on one side and to the roadway on the other. There is food, but the level of an ordinary dining room is buckwheat, gravy, chopped vegetables, to replenish calories.
The walls are cardboard, everything will be heard.
You can stop by if you really want to save money and there are no options.

The horror is terrible.
For that kind of money, it doesn't match at all.
If it were 3 times cheaper, maybe there would be norms.
There is a construction site around, it is unpleasant even to leave the hotel. The bathroom stinks, there is no hood. Don't turn around.
When you enter the room, everything stinks of dampness.
It's like you've been cheated out of money. And they only accept cash, although they booked this hotel specifically to pay with a card.
