I used to work for another company. I was lured by the manager to Venbest with promises of a very high salary. As it turned out, Venbest has an incubator system, when 10 managers are recruited, they sit down at the phone and demand to call and offer Venbest services. Then 9 managers are fired after paying pennies, the 1st is left. As a result, I was paid a couple thousand UAH in a few months!! The Venbest service pairing system has worked before. But they say that after the sale to Yanukovych, a plan was set to recruit at least 500 managers by ringing!!

Everywhere they write that the company is the market leader in security, how can you be a leader when the guards do not arrive at the facilities on time, when I was connected they promised me no more than 4 minutes and waited for 10-15, they have a lot of cars but even this does not save them, I was disappointed with their work, for me personally the company is not a market leader!

I got venbest with my calls, it was better to think about protecting my clients, and not about how to lure managers from other security companies!
