Very interesting. The park is very beautiful and large. The castle itself is simply gorgeous. As in any museum, it is very stuffy, especially when it is +30 outside.
It is better to visit with a guide. Or study the history of the place yourself. If you know the prehistory, then the place is perceived in a special way. The gardens will delight even the most picky person. Let's come here again.
The territory is pleasant and well-groomed, there is a sandy beach, the castle itself has lost its historical architectural charm, it is clear that the remodel with elements of old (new) forging, interior lanterns, paving stones on the road and a couple of pieces of elements of the former historical walls of the building. You can take a nice walk, but I didn't see anything of this old charming, viewing for 10 minutes at a time.

The castle is no longer the same. In fact, it's just a great place. After the reconstruction, it looks "yes, expensive, rich" but somehow everything is polished and does not meet the spirit of that time. The tour route occupies a very small part of the castle, most of the exhibits, as we understood, are props, but they are guarded as if the original, some royal rooms are allowed to look only through an open door.
We stopped on the way to Brest. We were lucky with the weather: the end of April, it is warm and sunny, the greenery is actively climbing. Parking is paid, but there is also free parking almost nearby - next to the exposition of military equipment.
On the way to the castle there is a wonderful park with wooden carvings.
Restoration work is underway at the entrance to the castle. Big problems with brickwork: the bricks of the 90s or 2000s just crumbled. Shame on you ...
The entrance to the castle is free, you can take pictures of the courtyard with a well. It's cute.
There is also a pretentious restaurant Hetman. It's expensive and rich inside. We had lunch next to the castle at Cafe Barbara. Great. We recommend it. And it was twice as cheap, and it was served quickly. However, the toilet has a separate key and an entrance from the courtyard.
The castle itself was not visited, but there were enough positive impressions.
The place is beautiful, but commerce spoils the whole aura. The structure itself has been too modernized, it seems to me. There is no atmosphere of antiquity, which is present, for example, in the Mir Castle. A beautiful park, a huge lake with a beach, in the park you can rent bicycles, scooters, four-person bicycle poles, there are convenient paths. There are many places where you can have a delicious meal and sit. There is a playground with attractions. By the way, near the playground there is the best cafe with reasonable prices, fresh, delicious food, and a varied menu. You can take a photo in vintage outfits for a small amount. If you are counting on a hotel room, then book strongly in advance.
Although it does not inspire the feeling of a real, medieval castle, it undoubtedly has a special charm and its own atmosphere. The excursions are quite interesting and "alive".
The interiors and all the expositions are in a very decent condition, i.e. to the eye of a non-professional connoisseur of antiquity, all things are very well cared for and kept in order. It is pleasant to walk in the interiors and get acquainted with their history.
We were surprised by the innovations applied in the decoration and construction of the entire structure (for its time, of course)
A must-visit for all tourists of the Republic of Belarus and citizens who have not seen this castle before.
Nothing out of the ordinary, of course. An ordinary historical monument, which you need to get to on purpose. We went on a bus tour. View it once for general development. There is a place to walk around the castle in the park.
Nesvizh is very interesting! Can't you go to Europe? Go ahead, the medieval castles of Belarus are waiting for you. And the castles are good, and the excursions, and the guides. Uh, if it wasn't for the WEATHER... I liked it anyway. ☺.
This is our story. After a trip to such places, life becomes easier 🥰
Everything is very beautifully equipped, a beautiful park, there is a photo zone where to eat, for children there is activity next to the castle. For a trip from a bustling city to spend a few hours in a historic place, it is highly recommended.
A very beautiful castle! The story of Nesvizh itself is interesting. I recommend taking a tour of the city center so that the history of the castle is clear.
It is interesting and entertaining to look at the life of the magnates of the past, although everything has been restored almost from bare walls. The park near the palace has a patriarchal atmosphere, there are no normal paths.
The most gorgeous place! A beautiful castle with a rich history of its owners - the Rodzivil family. Not far from Minsk - a little more than 100 km, conveniently located, I recommend a cafe opposite: very tasty and inexpensive)))) However, in the castle itself on the 2nd floor there is a very stylish restaurant with awesome pancakes. Be sure to take a walk not only around the castle, but also in the park. There is a pond nearby where you can swim! Be sure to visit, you won't regret it. By the way, you can rent a hotel room in the castle itself.
I really liked it, it's very beautiful. A large selection of souvenirs.

A place where you can relax not only with your soul, but also with your body... Plunge into those distant times, try on outfits, listen to beautiful people who sing and play the accordion, flute, and violin in certain areas of the territory. It is so beautiful that the birds only sing along to the music of the singing people. A boat trip with music is something unusual. Picturesque pictures were revealed from the lake on the boat, which I really wanted to capture.
Parking lots are large for cars, as well as many souvenirs that visitors are happy to purchase.
Only here is one upset about the cafe, the prices just shocked us, and not only us. While standing in line, we heard an argument between the bartender and a customer. In the terrible heat, the woman and the child were very thirsty, but the price of water rose to 10 rubles per liter. So after hearing the cost, people began to disperse from the queue....
Summing up, we can say that you need to take drinks with you. And the museum is wonderful.
It is very beautiful and fascinating. But the Mir Castle certainly gives more flavor to antiquity. Nesvizh is more of a palace. But it's very beautiful.
A nice, beautiful place. Inside in the courtyard there are souvenirs, photos in costumes, medieval music and sometimes dancing dances of that time and costumes. The castle itself is also very interesting. They ride horses on horseback and a carriage around the castle, on a type of steam train, photos in costumes from the times of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Interesting.
A very interesting castle. Everything has been restored with great love and skill. I advise you to take a guide, enjoy the tour. Be sure to walk through the parks around the castle.
I liked it, there is something to see. Everything is well maintained and beautiful. It is more interesting with a guide, as it is a historical place that can be explored endlessly
A beautiful castle, wonderful exhibits, an interesting story from the guide. Everything is very decent and great! I advise everyone to go on an excursion to this castle. It's a pity, there wasn't enough time. I didn't have time to examine everything.
The children are delighted with the 1-2 grade.
We took an audio guide for each of them to listen to how the princesses used to live. They walked with great pleasure through all the halls (and there are 25 of them there!) and everything was interesting to them. The interior, exhibits, etc
. Everything is wonderful.
There is Parking (5p),a cloakroom inside, a restaurant in the next building,
Tickets for adults 16p,children 8p.
On the way to the castle, you can look into the Church and, of course, shopping malls with souvenirs for children and adults)
Be sure to try to find a guide, a walk with an excursion is much more interesting, but the main thing is that after the world it will make Nesvizh more cozy!)
Very impressive!!
Be sure to take an excursion to the museum!
Interesting and informative!!
The entourage store in the basement complements the picture!)
I had a great pleasure. I came for the second time and there were more pleasures and impressions. Great respect to everyone who preserves and multiplies the country's wealth.
Nesvizh Castle, located 100+ km from Minsk, in the city of Nesvizh.
The castle was built in the 16th century as a palace complex by the richest Radziwill family, and actually belonged to them until it was nationalized.
A beautiful palace, external fortifications, an inner courtyard. In the castle, you can explore the premises of the male and female parts. It's fashionable to walk by yourself, you can take a museum guide.
We were in winter on New Year's holidays, there were Christmas trees in the courtyard and in almost every hall, and not a single one like it.
I really liked the theater on the territory of the castle, which was first created in Belarus.
The castle is magnificent both from the outside and even more striking with its luxurious interior interiors. It is very interesting to see it during the day, but if you come here in the evening, when it starts to get dark, then the spirit of romance will surely capture your imagination, and the photos taken under the starry sky will be magnificent. And one more piece of advice. Do not deny yourself the pleasure of dining under the arches of which are more than 500 years old, in a chivalrous atmosphere, in the very heart of the castle.
The most beautiful castle in Belarus. The museum is required to visit, the cost is about 500 rubles, the entire territory is clean, there is Parking and souvenir shops nearby
There are many beautiful places in Belarus, but I like this one the most. When I come to Belarus, I always strive to visit this castle, take a walk in the park and taste Belarusian cuisine in the cafe. The excursions are very interesting. The guides are great. There is a lot of talk about the Radziwill family and the castle itself. I advise everyone to visit this wonderful place.
An amazing place, a magnificent castle with an interesting exposition, an incredibly beautiful park, especially in autumn, when the foliage turns yellow and leaves fall. A pleasant place to walk.
Very beautiful. One of the most beautiful places in Belarus. It is always an interesting tour, although they always tell completely different, but fascinating stories about the castle and its inhabitants. The museum staff is very responsive to visitors. There are always only positive memories of this place
I liked the castle! Clean and beautiful, there is a lot to see. There are audio guides, you can find free audio guides in Yandex) at least 3 hours for inspection
It's worth a visit!
The church next to the castle was very impressive. I am glad that I reached this place, despite the fact that it was not easy⤵️
We drove in the most inconvenient way, because we got to the holidays and there were no tickets for either the bus or minibuses..
That's why we got from Minsk like this:
• Baranovichi train to Gorodei: 2 hours (3₽)+ bus: ~30 min (1₽76kop);
If you go on holidays in this way, come to the station in advance (20-30 minutes in advance) because there are huge queues at the ticket office and vending machines and many did not have time to leave (I could not buy a ticket via the Internet, does not accept a Russian card, including the World)
And remember, the ticket office of the castle is open until 17.00)
After that time, they are not even allowed into the courtyard 😬
Have a nice trip to everyone!
It was in September 2022. There are no problems with parking. I liked the castle itself, we went without excursions for our pleasure. There is a good park nearby for walking. We rented a velomobile, such a pleasure, a rather inconvenient thing to move around - heavy, shaking - it's better on foot or on a simple bike. There is a cafe-dining room opposite the entrance to the castle. The prices in this institution do not correspond to its level - they are overestimated by 1.5-2 times, but hunger is not an aunt and not an uncle, therefore, gritting his remaining teeth, he laid out 60 rubles for a modest lunch for two. I think that in Nesvizh itself you can find better establishments (but this is not accurate). There are many souvenir tents near the castle. The souvenirs are quite nice. A lot of things are made by hand.
