Conveniently located on the way between Kandy and NuwaraElia, it is convenient for overnight stays during a visit to the tea districts of Sri Lanka. The rooms are clean and even too spacious. The buffet is very good and varied. The staff is responsive, there are slippers to give, a towel to change, a battery from the conder remote control. Probably most often this hotel is occupied by groups of tourists for one night, so dinner can be crowded and noisy, but fun, with live music. Well, the views from the balcony are just fantastic!
A great hotel with huge rooms and high ceilings. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the mountain. Excellent restaurant with European and local cuisine.
4The only plus of the hotel is the view. The sunset should be bombastic, but if you get caught in the rain (like me), then this plus will dissolve into the rain.
The rooms are shabby and empty, as if you are sleeping in the entrance. Food is like everywhere else, wifi catching in the room can be bad.
There are no questions for the staff as a whole.
