This hotel is a disappointment
1. the hotel is very old, the doors are shabby, the elevator buttons fall out, there are huge cracks and chips on the floor, cups in the room with chips
2. the hotel is quite dirty, especially annoying at breakfast, when the glasses smell of stale rags
3. the hotel is not customer-oriented at all: for example, when we were informed that we would celebrate a holiday with them, the hotel staff pretended that they did not know anything, and when I asked why they did not take into account our wishes, they said that they had not transmitted anything to them and this was not their problem. To the question, how did you then confirm the booking (in the voucher all the information is indicated in two languages), they did not apologize, but replied that the voucher was nonsense
4. the breakfasts are mediocre, the food is running out and it is not replenished, it happens that you will not find free tables, and the staff at the same time does not rush to clean up the dishes for those who leave. Plus they don't wipe the tables at all
5. They cheat on the size of the rooms, so the room declared as 35 meters with three beds is actually a regular standard with one bed and about 20 meters
6. the hotel is located in the industrial zone, next to the bus station
well, in small things: new guests are not met, luggage is not helped to carry, the reception staff is constantly distracted by everyone around.
This hotel is about three, I think, since it is definitely not a five-star hotel and does not look like a four either - it is much inferior, so when comparing it with other offers, keep this in mind.

The hotel is nice, but it's not the 5-star level of Dubai. Everything is already worn out, everything is cracked in the bathroom. The pool is open until 19-00 for this generally 1 star. The food is so-so. In general , normal , but not for this money . It's better to go to the Hilton.

We rested at the hotel from March 10, 2020 to March 19. I really liked the hotel. Excellent service, polite staff, cozy atmosphere. Very friendly receptionist Arina. Always help and prompt. The interior is great. Transfer to the beach every hour, great beach, free sunbeds and towels. We went to the pool every evening. The hotel you want to return to. During the entire period of arrival, we have never encountered rudeness or lack of attention. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.
They take a large tax upon check-in , they had not been warned about it anywhere before, they arrived at the hotel at 10.20 and said that breakfast had already ended , although many people were sitting there .
A cool hotel, they take you to the beach, everything is just super there, everything is equipped and clean, there is a park
The hotels were satisfied with everything)) there are no Russian staff, well, there are many who will even help with an interpreter
It's hard to describe. You need to compare it with what you tested. The sea is a buzz (not Sharm El Sheikh of course), the infrastructure is brilliant, the coastline is in breakwaters, but the view is gorgeous.
