EVERYTHING is fine!! The landscape is a delight! The food is very good cooks. Kitchen for every taste. 3 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pool (heated) - all large. Awnings and sun loungers by the pools are plentiful.
A great terrace above the Chirchik River bank with a large screen (convenient for watching competitions).
Downstairs, right by the river, there is a teahouse with large, new, solid beds for 10 or more people. It also has its own kitchen with chefs and national cuisine. Along them along the entire length of the ala there is an embankment with willows and tables directly above the water, at the fence - you will not want to get up)).
The evening lighting is very beautiful.
The staff responded to all requests.
We went more than once, but for one day, without spending the night. But, there are also cottages for long-term holidays.

We came for a day to relax by the pools. The territory is just a delight. Gorgeous views of nature, very green area, terraces, swings everywhere. But the main thing is very clean. The water in the pools is also clean. It was a pleasure to be there. The girls from the reception are great-they met, showed, told. The kitchen is generally not bad. But the waiter, to put it mildly, remained dissatisfied. There weren't many of us, the order was small, but he managed to mix everything up, he didn't bring half the dishes. But he was really very polite and tried to smooth things over. Food prices are relatively low. But: the prices on the menu and in the bill were different. The kebabs on the menu were at one price, the bill came out at another, beer was ordered one thing, the bill was completely different (it wasn't even on the menu) and at an inflated price. To sum up: there are still more advantages and we want to come for a couple of days to relax in comfort and beauty.

So everything is in order, the territory and the pools are super, everything is clean and well maintained, but there are disadvantages...the toilet in the indoor pool is like in a roadside cafe) the hoods do not work there, they simply do not seem to be there, and the proximity to the sauna from which the heat comes makes the smell from the toilet especially pungent. Now about the hammam and bathhouse, some of them have not been working for a long time, something with sewerage, in general they promised unlimited access to the hammam and sauna, but they say on the spot for a fee (70-75 thousand soums), it is not clear. The teahouse is excellent, the food is delicious, but again it is not clear what is with the tapchans, you came to dinner by renting a cottage, but the staff says, renting a cot is 1 500 000 sum, we ask again and again the same answer) why would I rent a cot for dinner for an hour) it is clear that if you arrived for a day, then rent I understand. Obviously , you need to work with the staff . Now about the numbers...the rooms are good, but there is an electric kettle, and there is no tea and teapot, as well as drinking water, you need to ask, although for sure it should be by default, the remotes do not work, the batteries are dead) well, these are the disadvantages of small things that spoil the picture a little, and so it's generally good, BUT the HOOD WITH BATHROOMS (in the winter pool) PUT IT DOWN .

The place is great, the food is delicious, the staff is polite, very clean both on the territory and in the cottages, the scenery is indescribable, the pools are clean, the children have fun. The pool is not completely thought out for children, the slides are very hot under the sun, as well as in water parks, water is allowed from the slides for better sliding, this is not provided here.

Delicious homemade food is cooked with all your heart (breakfast lunch dinner) if you do not want to eat in a restaurant, then you can say to bring it to your room or cottage. We rested for a day in the middle of July for the weekend. We stayed in the rooms. The rooms are basically not bad, clean, good bed linen, but there was a terrible smell of disinfection in the whole room, as if they had just been poisoned. The food was very tasty, it was served quickly, but at one point there was no tea, they could not drink tea. Also, you have to take turns for the included breakfast, there are very few tables in the restaurant. The pools are good, deep, and there is a children's pool with plastic slides. I'll come back on a weekday.

Прекрасное место, оооочень приятный персонал, великолепный сервис. Отличная инфраструктура- ресторан, баня, огромный бассейн, 12 футовый бильярд. Теплые, чистые, уютные коттеджи.
Прекрасно отметили Новый Год с семьей. Всем рекомендую!

Были недавно зимой, место очень хорошее, есть коттеджи и также номера, ремонт новый, в помещениях тепло, есть крытый бассейн, красивый вид со всех сторон, персонал приятный. Из минусов это ресторан, нет конкретного меню и говорят что приготовят все что мы захотим, мы ничего не просили кроме риса и фри, еду принесли с собой. Хотелось бы крытой площадки для детей и чтобы это находилось рядом с развлечениями для взрослых как биллиярд и пинг-понг.
