A quiet place. The center is 800 meters away by road. The hosts are very friendly and friendly. The food is very tasty. The portions are large. We always took one thing:either the first or the second. You can cook by yourself. There is everything in the kitchen. In the evening, all the kebabs are fried - there is a barbecue area. We had a rest and were satisfied.

It's a wonderful place. The administrator of the Gulya cooks delicious food, no need to go to the cafe. It's a long way to the center, but you sleep in silence. There is a wonderful pine forest across the street for walking. Hot water is on schedule, but this does not interfere with comfort in any way.

In general, for the money that the owner takes, the place is quite beautiful. There are rooms with amenities. There are lovely cozy seating areas on the territory. The bed linen is clean and of high quality.
The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. It is located on the outskirts, near the cemetery, but no one bothers from the cemetery. There are quiet neighbors there.
The administrator of the Gulya (longer in Kazakh) is very obsessive, lazy and forgetful to the lady. I had to be strict with her. I asked to replace the shower curtain, so on the third day, after the reminder, I "gave birth".

In general, the place is not very. The receptionist said that the water from the well is clean. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DRINKING WATER FROM THE WELL!!!! The whole family felt bad after the water (they were completely cleansed). Complete unsanitary conditions, a mouse appeared in our room, we were told that it was because of us. But I can say in argument that in the kitchen under the table a day later a mouse was already lying dead under the dishes!!! The mouse appeared originally from the kitchen. I do not recommend it!

Very hospitable hosts. Rooms for unassuming people. There is a shared kitchen. There is not enough microwave. There is no hot water all the time, only in the morning and evening according to the schedule. Far from the center. This justifies the relatively low cost.
I will add a review. Upon arrival, no one met us, did not show us the territory where everything is. But the next guests were more lucky. They were shown and told everything. There was another unpleasant moment with the departure
Our tour bus was leaving the center, it is very far from the Oasis, given the heavy bags. The day before, we agreed with the owners that they would take us at a certain time and for a certain fee. As a result, we got up in the morning, we calculate the time for packing, breakfast and the road, and we are offered either to go right now, 2 hours before the bus, without breakfast, to throw off things, or they go about their business. To my objections that we had agreed and I was counting on them, they told me that they were not taxis! We barely made it to the center with the child! Well, the kitchen
It can hardly be called a kitchen. Everything was dirty, in the photo it was like order, on arrival it was very dirty in the sink, leftovers were lying around. The dishes are covered with a dirty cloth. The rooms were not cleaned, the floor was dirty, sponges, rags, you need to take them with you. There were a lot of ants in our room, they were bitten at night, the cheek under the eye was swollen. The bedside table was nailed up, the roller blind on the window was torn, it was problematic to close and open, the shower curtain was also torn. Emotions from nature have certainly blocked the impressions of the Oasis, but I don't want to go there anymore!
