A place where you want to return 🥰 Everything is thought out to the smallest detail- clean, cozy, a lot of various equipment. Candles and aroma diffusers create a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to completely immerse yourself in yourself!
Natalia is a Coach with a capital letter!!!!! She is sensitive, attentive to small things and just a very good person! Practices are never repeated, which makes it even more motivating to return to the studio!
I would also like to note the variety of destinations, everyone can find their own Oasis😊

It's a blessing to have such a wonderful place near home! The residents of Borovlyan are lucky! The studio is made with love - bright, cozy, spacious, high-quality equipment and cool mats) Natalia is a professional in her field, sensitive, attentive, with confidence and knowledge of her business in every comment. I've been to different places in Borovlyany, but this studio is an order of magnitude higher! 10 out of 10!

The best coach (attentive, cheerful, notices everything and always directs to the right position), a gorgeous place (light, warm, all necessary equipment for classes available, shower, toilet), many directions (you can choose what you like), convenient time for classes (morning, evening groups)! A very emotional atmosphere! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!!

A wonderful studio, an atmospheric place, a Pilates teacher is a professional and a very nice girl. After visiting the studio, you realize that yoga is a style and a way of life. You begin to understand its depth on a conscious level. I did not know that there is such a level of space in Borovlyany. And the biggest thrill is to find incredible lightness in the body, a positive mood and gratitude to such a space at the end of the lesson.

A very wonderful place where you work with your body, but rest your head and soul. A spacious, bright hall, clean toilets and a locker room, and most importantly, Natalia is just an amazing instructor. Hatha yoga (power) captured me just with my head.

A convenient subscription system: you buy the number of classes, and go when you want, within a month - this is very convenient with a shift work schedule. Also, both a mother (for her classes) and a child (for child and adolescent yoga, but in the summer it is not available) can walk on 1 subscription. By the way, child and adolescent yoga is a very worthy alternative to physical therapy, the emphasis is on the prevention of flat feet, curvature of the spine - which is important for schoolchildren. My son says it's even better, not boring, diverse.
