The anniversary was celebrated on 08/09/2024, a company of 11 people. I give 5 stars to the waiter Arthur for customer orientation, excellent service, individual approach (administration, he deserves a raise). Everything is great in terms of food and interior in the hall, the invited guests were satisfied. I'm shooting one star for the presenter GRIGORY. This is NOT a competent, pleasant, professional employee of this cozy establishment. Firstly, I was outraged that after being asked to turn down the music or turn on a song to congratulate the birthday boy (taking out the cake), I immediately received a refusal, even the staff could not agree with him. Secondly, it includes songs by banned artists on the territory of the Republic of Belarus!!!! Thirdly, he gives vip status according to his desires and interests (two girls at the table get it just like that) and sang songs in a row without waiting in line, but our company was poked by regulations that he could not turn on "sad" songs until two o'clock, that we could not turn on music for congratulations, and so on. If you want to spoil the festive mood, then GREGORY will not keep you waiting. As the organizer of this event, I was dissatisfied with the work of this person. Please pay attention and take measures for the further development and prosperity of your institution.

It's a terrible place! My friends and I were sitting at a table, there were 5 of us (there were few people, we and another table) my friends and I had a conflict and my girlfriend and I decided to sit at another table, made an order and waited for our turn to sing a song (after all, we arrived at karaoke) Later, more friends came to us, but everyone was singing except us, I came over to find out what the problem was. The DJ said if we want to sing, go to the table where we were originally sitting, at the end of the conversation, roughly speaking, he sent me far away I went to the administrator in the hope that she would solve this problem, but she's probably standing there for beauty. She told me the same thing and that it was our problem) I explain to her that friends have come to us (there are 4 of us at the table), to which she replies to me, "let your friends sit down from you, then we will allow them to sing" Seriously? I'm shocked. We celebrated a corporate party. The cafe's work schedule is from 21.00 to 9.00, however, at 4.00 (after another smoke break on the street), the guard simply did not let him in (he gave his jacket and said he was drunk...although I never allow myself to get drunk, and I haven't been drinking for the last 3 hours, but I've been spending time on the dance floor). It's a shame, after all, 160 rubles. I paid. It so happened that I was the last one from our corporate party and was about to leave myself. There were only 6 people in the hall. But the fact of what happened.....As I understand it, this is practiced in the institution. I have never encountered such lawlessness of security anywhere before.
