The anniversary was celebrated on 08/09/2024, a company of 11 people. I give 5 stars to the waiter Arthur for customer orientation, excellent service, individual approach (administration, he deserves a raise). Everything is great in terms of food and interior in the hall, the invited guests were satisfied.
I'm shooting one star for the presenter GRIGORY. This is NOT a competent, pleasant, professional employee of this cozy establishment. Firstly, I was outraged that after being asked to turn down the music or turn on a song to congratulate the birthday boy (taking out the cake), I immediately received a refusal, even the staff could not agree with him. Secondly, it includes songs by banned artists on the territory of the Republic of Belarus!!!!
Thirdly, he gives vip status according to his desires and interests (two girls at the table get it just like that) and sang songs in a row without waiting in line, but our company was poked by regulations that he could not turn on "sad" songs until two o'clock, that we could not turn on music for congratulations, and so on.
If you want to spoil the festive mood, then GREGORY will not keep you waiting.
As the organizer of this event, I was dissatisfied with the work of this person.
Please pay attention and take measures for the further development and prosperity of your institution.

We have been to this place many times, we liked everything very much - delicious, sincere, fun. But everything has changed. The kitchen is some kind of horror (we ordered pancakes with sausages. Only the pancakes were delicious. Caesar salad with one overpowered egg for the whole serving!. Even the meat slicing from some cheap ham) has gone bad. The "presenter" at the console, oh horror, combed his mustache half the evening right in the hall in front of visitors! and for some reason, she constantly turns off the microphones of the singers (she noticed not only at the last visit). It is a pity that we will have to look for another place to stay.

It's a terrible place!
My friends and I were sitting at a table, there were 5 of us (there were few people, we and another table) my friends and I had a conflict and my girlfriend and I decided to sit at another table, made an order and waited for our turn to sing a song (after all, we arrived at karaoke)
Later, more friends came to us, but everyone was singing except us, I came over to find out what the problem was.
The DJ said if we want to sing, go to the table where we were originally sitting, at the end of the conversation, roughly speaking, he sent me far away
I went to the administrator in the hope that she would solve this problem, but she's probably standing there for beauty.
She told me the same thing and that it was our problem)

I'm shocked. We celebrated a corporate party. The cafe's work schedule is from 21.00 to 9.00, however, at 4.00 (after another smoke break on the street), the guard simply did not let him in (he gave his jacket and said he was drunk...although I never allow myself to get drunk, and I haven't been drinking for the last 3 hours, but I've been spending time on the dance floor). It's a shame, after all, 160 rubles. I paid. It so happened that I was the last one from our corporate party and was about to leave myself. There were only 6 people in the hall. But the fact of what happened.....As I understand it, this is practiced in the institution. I have never encountered such lawlessness of security anywhere before.

We rested a lot of times in this place, always fun, delicious and good service! But yesterday was trash! I do not know, maybe the moon was in the wrong phase for the employees of this institution! There are no complaints about the waiter. Everything is clear, fast and good service! The kitchen has changed a lot and for the worse, red fish is too salty, only salt!
In 4 hours, we sang 3 songs and this is not with a full landing in the institution! Strange people came who paid directly to the soundman and immediately received VIP status, and they sat at empty tables and 2-3 people each! Not everyone put the songs they wanted to order, arguing that this song sounded in the background, and they won't put it in this circle for us! Moreover, we wanted to sing the song before it started playing in the background! Slow songs are only put on for money, and these are normal songs from the new ones! In general, we were very disappointed in this institution

The sound is terrible (not all speakers worked), they asked to change the alcohol because they brought a mixture of a bulldog and a rhinoceros. What about the presenter? It's a good place to sing and dance! If at the table, 70p reservation per person. For this money, you drink / eat and sing songs as soon as the turn comes. Very tasty coffee (secret!) and salads. If there is 20p for each song at the bar. There is also the concept of VIP clients, for whom songs are out of turn. In the morning, all the songs are paid and you don't eat or even drink coffee.

The deposit is not small enough, you don't even know what to order for it later. They took wine and snacks. The cheese plate is generally terrible. The cheeses were not even dry, they were bitter. The staff is not super friendly, but generally OK. The presenter is good, he sang along to our howls so that the rest would not let their ears droop :) many guests bought hookahs, I assume that they are not bad. But we didn't have anyone willing, so I can't estimate it. Overall, the impressions are neutral, but I won't go a second time.

The prices on the menu are adequate, the food is very tasty. Of the small disadvantages: it was stipulated in advance that the food would be brought gradually so as not to overload the table, they brought it almost at one moment, there was even nowhere to put it. The most disgusting place I've ever been in Minsk. The worst service, one of my friends was poisoned by food. The deposit is a horse, a rude guard. For a huge company, they give 1 song to sing in a circle. The presenter himself does not stop singing, despite the fact that this is karaoke where you come to sing and not listen to it. There is no discount for a company of 8 people for a birthday. The deposit does not include a hookah. You can't wait for the waiter until he wants to come. I have been to many places in Minsk. We came there the other day to celebrate an important event, made a deposit for everyone, made an order and began to wait for the opportunity to sing. We got to the first song very quickly, after 15 minutes as we sat down, it was our last, because for the next 2 hours we only saw the microphone flashing at the neighboring tables. To our question: and when the turn comes to us, they informed us that literally a couple of songs that just passed us by and we decided to leave with a completely spoiled mood. When the bill was brought, it turned out that the deposit does not include a hookah and you will pay for it separately, despite the fact that we did not even order everything for it.
Already in the wardrobe, when we were about to leave, a guy with a microphone ran up to us, so now you can 🤡 no apologies, no offer to resolve the issue, nothing.

Those who are used to normal and cozy karaoke should not go to this institution. I would say "old fashion" is the concept of the institution as a whole. The deposit is 60 rubles, you cannot order a hookah on deposit. The level of the institution gives out the fact that the check for the deposit will be brought immediately as soon as you sit down at the table and do not even have time to wash your hands😄😄😄 ("they won't seal it up with ezi goszi").
And by the sound - you really can't hear yourself, what are you actually going to karaoke for? Sing and hear yourself, too.
Service: ordered a hookah, but the hookah man did not come, asked for food - the order was fulfilled incorrectly, the ordered drink can also be carried for half an hour, be prepared that if you ask to pack the dish with you, then the portion will be 2 times less than stated in the menu. Of the advantages, I will note only delicious coffee for an adequate price and good food in taste / quality, in general, the price tag is not atomic

If you want a spoiled evening, then you are in this "wonderful" place. This is the karaoke where you won't be allowed to sing. The institution artificially creates "vip tables" and super "rich" customers who always sing out of turn. I do not know what kind of IQ this cunning plan is designed for people with. There are 3 tables and a very singing and rich client pays for 3-4 songs in a row, it's funny. During the whole evening (from 12 to 4:30), our company performed only 2 songs. You come to this karaoke to watch the fake guests sing and plus the DJ makes incomprehensible inserts from the music after each song. Although people come to karaoke to SING, not to listen to music.
The deposit is very significant (60 rubles per person). For this money, the institution offers to purchase very low-grade alcoholic beverages at the price of elite ones. All their cocktails are tinctures, there is nothing to order from the food menu. You can't buy a song out of turn for a deposit. Therefore, you order at least SOMETHING just to get out of there as soon as possible. The staff is rude, especially the bartender. When they came up to express their dissatisfaction with this circus with guests singing without a break, we heard the answer "And why are you telling me all this? What should I do?" and in a similar manner, a few phrases.
In general, the place is terrible and the KARAOKE status is definitely not about him. I don't advise anyone to come here.
P.S. The sound is terrible. You can't hear yourself at all and the DJ doesn't regulate it in any way. With such success, you can sing with headphones.

The place is good, but the security leaves much to be desired... I'm a regular customer, but I don't set foot here anymore. I didn't let the man in right away because he didn't like his face and style of clothes. It's a mess. He lets someone in in sneakers, he doesn't let someone in classic shoes (because he didn't come out with his face) And God forbid you say something to him about this-he immediately puts him out the door and does not let him in anymore. This same guard worked from November 3 to November 4, 2022.

I do not recommend it at all, there were a couple of guests at that time and no one was allowed to sing until they paid extra, although the deposit is not small. On 01/21/2022, we decided to stop by this club to relax. At 23.20 we dialed the phone number to clarify whether there are places and whether it is possible to come. The administrator's response on the phone was positive, they replied that it was possible to drive up, because there are empty seats. Once there, the guard said that there were no seats (the hall was almost empty) our request to invite the administrator was rejected, because the administrator did not consider it necessary to communicate with us. Upon our request to provide a book of comments and suggestions, we were provided with an obviously "left-wing " book with only negative reviews and explanations to it about the inability to send a response to the applicant. The evening could be said to have been ruined by this approach to clients.
