Why three stars? Yes, I'll explain. There is no politeness on the part of the administration, and such a disregard for customers. Having booked a room for a certain time, I had to wait for other people to leave there. They weren't in a hurry at all. In response to my questions to the administration, I received: Well, wait, they're customers too. Seriously? My waiting time exceeded twenty minutes, and then I had to clean it up on my own.
