I can't say anything good.The place is dark, the lights are almost out, and it's hard to see the menu. The company of 4 people was given 2 menus with different prices. The place itself is cold, and there was a cannon at the entrance to heat the room (which did nothing to help). The staff does not know how to communicate with clients in any way, they are not familiar with the menu, there was a phrase "it says what else is there".20 minutes after ordering, milkshakes were brought, and 15 minutes later baked rolls were brought (inside there is not chicken, but stringy meat, the rolls themselves are falling apart, and the shape leaves much to be desired). Tea was also brought on a dirty stand. After 40 minutes of waiting, they called the waiter to find out where the hot dishes were, to which they received the answer: "I'll find out now," and the waiter did not return.…Half of the menu is missing!After the waiter left, another 10 minutes passed, to find out where the dish was, the answer was: "we don't have this, we can offer you something else."...By this time, they had brought a burger with a knife in it (well, somehow such a serving did not look very good). They demanded to call the administrator, the waiter went to call the administrator and did not return again.The waiter was called again, the hookah man came, said that there was no administrator and tried to solve the problem. We refused the discounts and the rest of the dishes and demanded a book of complaints, and as it turned out, the QOL was incorrectly designed, and the waiter nervously took the book away and corrected it.The complaint was written, and we left this establishment frozen and dissatisfied.The tea in the receipt was different (of course, more expensive). This was the first and last visit to the Cloud.
I am extremely outraged!!! The attitude towards the guests of this institution is at zero from the word at all!!
There are many items on the menu. We waited with our friends for two hours for our orders. I ordered one first, after 15 minutes they said that there was no beef and pork available, ordered another, after 30 minutes they said that they had just broken a jar with one of the ingredients of the dish (for what reason, there are no food stocks?!), and immediately said that pork appeared, ordered it. I waited for about an hour more. By the way, at the time of the first order, three tables were occupied in the establishment. The question is, in what place did the chefs have a workload, as the waiter said? Two identical orders were delivered at different times with an hour difference. Moreover, one of the orders did not include meat sauce. We ordered poke with trout, raw rice, did not finish. In order for our plates to be taken away, we had to call the waiter ourselves. Of course, they didn't ask us if we liked the food. When they asked the administrator to come up, he miraculously was not in place and moreover, he was not in the city. The menu design is disgusting, printed on A4 sheets in battered files. There are no questions for the waiters, the lovely girls tried to solve the problem. (apart from the fact that the empty plates were taken away after some time and upon request)But there are already questions for the management, and specifically for the owner of the institution. Among the advantages: music.
