I can't say anything good.The place is dark, the lights are almost out, and it's hard to see the menu. The company of 4 people was given 2 menus with different prices. The place itself is cold, and there was a cannon at the entrance to heat the room (which did nothing to help). The staff does not know how to communicate with clients in any way, they are not familiar with the menu, there was a phrase "it says what else is there".20 minutes after ordering, milkshakes were brought, and 15 minutes later baked rolls were brought (inside there is not chicken, but stringy meat, the rolls themselves are falling apart, and the shape leaves much to be desired). Tea was also brought on a dirty stand. After 40 minutes of waiting, they called the waiter to find out where the hot dishes were, to which they received the answer: "I'll find out now," and the waiter did not return.…Half of the menu is missing!After the waiter left, another 10 minutes passed, to find out where the dish was, the answer was: "we don't have this, we can offer you something else."...By this time, they had brought a burger with a knife in it (well, somehow such a serving did not look very good). They demanded to call the administrator, the waiter went to call the administrator and did not return again.The waiter was called again, the hookah man came, said that there was no administrator and tried to solve the problem. We refused the discounts and the rest of the dishes and demanded a book of complaints, and as it turned out, the QOL was incorrectly designed, and the waiter nervously took the book away and corrected it.The complaint was written, and we left this establishment frozen and dissatisfied.The tea in the receipt was different (of course, more expensive). This was the first and last visit to the Cloud.
The service in this institution has dropped below the possible level. Let's start with the entrance, there was a company of 6 people, no one met us or even asked what we wanted, all the employees of this institution passed by looking us up and down. Until we ourselves asked to be seated at the table, with the fact that we called in advance and booked the table. Another interesting fact is that when we asked the waiter to call the administrator so that someone would put us down, the hookah master came out to us, it was strange that on a day off (everything happened on 01/02/2025) there was no administrator at the workplace.
Let's continue with the service, which was not from the word at all, we chose the drinks that we would all drink and pressed the magic button to call the waiter, we had to press it well, 7 times for sure, so that at least some actions were taken in our direction, a girl with a tired, unhappy face comes up and asks "What do you want?"We did not see any acquaintance or interest in winning over the guests. Despite the fact that I had to find out her name at the end of everything that was happening from the "administrator" (hookah master), since it was written "Intern" on the badge. By the way, the girl's name was Valeria.
To the first question, "Can you tell me if they make Margaritas in your establishment?", the girl looked at us in disbelief and replied, "I'll need to check at the bar," immediately she was asked the second question, "Do you know what a Margarita is?", which again caused a look of bewilderment and silence.
We decided not to experiment and order strictly items from the menu.
When asked to make a Daiquiri cocktail with a salt border, they apparently did not understand us, but they decided not to ask again and eventually brought a cocktail without a border. To the question "Girl, can you tell me where what we asked for?", we received an answer from which we were shocked. With a displeased face and a raised tone, we were told, "Go to the bar and ask the bartender!" That's it, this answer ruined our evening completely.
But that's not all.....
A general order was made only for drinks, since the kitchen was no longer working, we made the order at 00.10, as a result, everything was brought as it was given, first for some reason there were cocktails, then shots, and 300 grams of Rum, which we ordered in the general order, we We didn't see it after half an hour, and in half an hour they gave us 3 cocktails and 3 tequilas. Due to the fact that there was a calm atmosphere in the hall, there were not many people and there were also not many orders watching the staff work.
When they brought us three shots of tequila 20 minutes after accepting the order, we realized that there was no point in staying in this place at all. First of all, the salt edging was on the shots, as if they had taken a piece of salt and stuck it on this shot, everything was not neat, the whole shot was covered in salt. Secondly, lime, okay, we didn't even pay attention to the fact that the lime was replaced by lemon, but the quality of lemon that was brought to us was already ridiculous. The lemon was rotten! All with bones and not cleaned albedo.
Without waiting for the whole order to be delivered to us, I remind you it's been more than half an hour, we called the administrator (hookah master) and began to show and tell him.
As a result, there was no point in staying at this institution anymore, and we said we were leaving.
It was a great shame, because I brought people from Moscow and Minsk to your institution, saying, "This is one of the best institutions in the city of Orsha."
But now I won't bring anyone, so as not to blush later for your tired and dissatisfied staff. And I don't think I'll visit this place after that.
