I was lying in the intensive care unit with a newborn baby and would very much like to express my gratitude to Zhanar Kasymbekovna and all the medical staff of this unit for their professionalism, for the reverent attitude towards each patient and for the feeling of complete calmness for the baby. They were always there, helped in everything, not only with treatment, but also with moral support. Professionals in their field! Low bow! 🙏🏻❤️

Doctors do not care about the condition of patients, the examination is carried out formally, real prescriptions are not issued. The medical staff is unqualified, they could take blood from the child only from the 5th time.
Complete chaos, and a mess. Everyone treats their work not seriously and irresponsibly.

Lay 2 times. The first time during the coronavirus, the second time recently. As always, nurses, orderlies are the sweetest, attentive and caring, the soul of any hospital. The kitchen is disgusting, despite the fact that I love hospital food. I can't say anything about doctors. I wonder where the refrigerators are from some wards? It used to be in every ward, neighbors asked to leave food in our refrigerator, it's not a pity. But this is an infectious disease! And where did the refrigerators go?
