I exchanged the currency in this exchanger. The best course I've seen in the city. Everything is easy and simple. The staff are friendly and do their job quickly. They speak several languages. Including in Russian.

I found the exchanger based on reviews on the Internet. I changed rubles to lari higher than the official exchange rate. Awesome Everything is fair and fast.

You need to change money in Tbilisi only in exchangers, because there is a good exchange rate and there is no commission! Exchangers at every step!

Today I exchanged 10,000 rubles at the rate of 31.6 per GEL. They gave out 312 GEL, although in theory they should have been 316.5.
Apparently, there is still a commission.

Одно из немногих приятных мест в Тбилиси. Деньги считают при вас на машинке. Курс рубль/лари очень близок к курсу ЦБ, доллары можно не брать.

Отличный обменник. Менял тут валюту на лари в день приезда (1 июля 2022), выгоднее его не видел нигде. С уверенностью могу сказать, что среди обменников на Пушкина и Котэ Абхази этот самый выгодный. Отдельно стоит выделить кассира за то, что не пытался обсчитать. Из минусов стоит выделить количество людей в очереди (было человека 3, когда я менял), однако это подтверждает выгодный обмен.
