The observation deck in Polotsk Park in Minsk is an amazing place! The stunning views of the park and the surrounding area are made even more magical by the beautiful waterfall. One of the many waterfalls of the Vileysko-Minsk water system.The Vileisko-Minsk water system is a water supply system in Minsk by transferring water from Vilia (Neman basin) to Svisloch (Dnieper basin). Among the artificial water bodies, this system is the most interesting hydraulic engineering system in Belarus.
