There is not a fast traffic jam in Kotor, but the views are fantastic both on the bay and on the mountain ranges. The road itself is very winding, similar to the road to Dzhubga - Sochi, who is in the subject. It's hard to get away from trucks and buses, I imagine the feelings of passengers on buses.
