Enterprising young Abkhazian people immediately offer to pay for the opportunity to ride a swing and a spinning heart, although there is no information about the paid service anywhere. Don't be fooled by them. Immediately, seeing the stopped transport, the ubiquitous local photographer will jump up to you, who for a small sum will promise you the best views and photos for memory. If you are not completely satisfied with the views on this site, then you have a chance to spend an hour climbing by car and an hour or two walking uphill to find yourself on top of Mount Mamzyshkha, see the so-called alpine meadows and admire the mountains in the snow. The beauty is indescribable, you just need to dress properly and put on shoes, take a drink and a snack with you.

Everything is overgrown, there is no view to be seen. Wet wipes and other debris are wrapped around the branches.
Do not take excursions to the bureau next to the water park in Gagra. We agreed with the manager on an individual excursion that we would climb the peak of Mount Mamzyshkha 1840m, that we would have time to walk through the Alpine meadows there, go to the shepherds' booth, buy real homemade goat cheese. We have clarified the program several times, what we need. We agreed on the price. The driver at the UAZ, Beslan, first confirmed the route, then when we drove off, said that the whole tour was 2 observation decks. I said again about the carnival and the platform with the flag. To which he answers "yes" and eventually takes us only to the paragliding launch site, claiming that these are Alpine meadows. This is a lawn, not meadows! When leaving, we saw that two pensioners drove there in a Kia. And the "brave horseman" turned back on the all-passable UAZ, telling us how beautiful it is at the peak, where he will not take us.
Disappointed.

There's no place to take pictures where everything is old and rusty. They offer a photo on a swing over the "abyss" of ahaha. They're all rusty and scary.

The place is interesting, but unfortunately when we arrived there, everything was in the clouds and the landscape below was not accessible. What can not be said about the site that is below. There's a cool view of Gagra. It's a pity that the swing on the cliff was broken. And it's been a long time.
Higher up the mountain. There are also interesting places. By the way, you can jump off on a paraglider. It seems to cost 4500₽ (this is the first half of July 2022)
