The observation deck, which is located between Chizhovaya and Serebryanka, which connects Korzyuki with the Svelt market, is simply in terrible condition, especially after the rain. Greenery grows and blocks visibility on the path between the bridges. The bridge that is closer to the Baskets is generally impossible to cross calmly. I wonder who is responsible for this?
