Entrance is paid, not expensive. Close. There's an overturned house on the way. Parking area. Across the street, a couple of roadside outlets are not super. The exit of the concrete platform directly onto the waterfall. With a fence. There is also a mini souvenir market. Paid MJ.
There is something like a terrace and a restaurant on the second floor. By the look of it, he didn't persuade his people to sit down. The water is a beautiful color, looks stormy and cold.

We were not on the observation deck itself, but on the other side of the river. A wild playground. It is fenced off, but you can go down carefully directly to the shore. The view is much better than from the observation deck. We were in a car, drove there using the navigator in maps me. The road is narrow, drive carefully.
