It's a very beautiful place. But the road to the observation deck has changed. You need to go along the road (Abdullahaga Street), on the left side Kuzgunjuk Park, then a mosque (Aryanizade Camll), on the right side there will first be something like a parking lot, then a cemetery, then a bus stop (Abdullahağa Caddesi). You go further along the main road, which goes up to the right. after a while you will see the entrance to the park (Nakkashtepe Folk Garden). A short hike up the hill in the park, stairs - and you are there, enjoying the view.
The view is super
You can get from Uskudar by bus number 15 (with any letter) to the Abdullahağa Caddesi stop
Further up the hill along the fence to the entrance to the park (barrier) and then climb through the park to the observation deck
There are cafes and picnic tables in the park itself
Awesome view of the Bosphorus and the bridge over it. A must-visit, as long as the weather is clear. There is a toilet nearby in the park. You can get there by metrobus
The view is awesome, in sunny, clear weather, a visit is mandatory! If the maps lead through the cemetery, do not be fooled, you can walk along the embankment, then go upstairs to the park.
The road was very thorny, but the view at night was worth it. It is mesmerizingly beautiful!

In terms of a picnic, yes, the view from the mosque is much better, but this is a taste. My recommendation is a mosque, especially since it is easier to get to it.
