Horror. What's most infuriating is the very loud cleaning lady. She comes to the floor early in the morning and instead of just cleaning, she starts standing for half an hour and not talking, but yelling with some neighbor, discussing all sorts of crap. And she doesn't care that people are sleeping, resting or whatever at this time. She doesn't know how to speak softly. The Or stands on the entire floor. Of the 4 plates, only 2 are working.
