I have lived here for 4 years, there have never been any problems with accommodation. The administration is good, there are two buffets on the ground floor with everything necessary for food. There is a minus in the form of creeping "living creatures" inside the hostel.
The apartment-type blocks are quite good in layout, there is a gym and a gym on the ground floor.

It's a terrible dorm. Starting from the living conditions, ending with the administration. There are a lot of cockroaches (not in all blocks, but in many), bedbugs, plumbing breaks, tiles in the shower collapse, hot water is turned on and off. Upon eviction, they are harnessed to bring the rooms to a better state than the original one due to the work of the students themselves. They asked the administration to poison bedbugs several times, the result was 0. They were moved to another room after complaining to the sanitary department, promising to make repairs in the previous room. They didn't do it. Cockroaches are poisoned, but after the "magic water" there are only more of them, the effect is zero. The rooms are designed for 3, and 4 people live.

Terrible living conditions. There are 4 people living in the room, and 3 closets ... The fourth person uses a closet in the corridor, which is designed for outerwear. A new rule has been introduced: 1 refrigerator per unit (8 people). 8 healthy foreheads should use 1 refrigerator. It sounds funny, this is the harsh reality of BSU, friends! But these are all flowers, compared to the living creatures. I have never seen so many cockroaches in my life. No matter how much you fight them, they won't leave. If you actively buy any funds and the like, you will be able to live a week without them, but be sure they will return... Living my life in this hostel (the most expensive among the BGUSH) I put up with the cockroaches. But, quite recently, my block got acquainted with bedbugs. Gods, guys, everyone who is reading this review now, save yourself from such an experience... Bedbugs are the worst thing you can come into contact with. And all because they bite. The active phase of these insects occurs at night and, accordingly, they begin to bite at night. In the morning you wake up in red dots that are very itchy. So you need to waste, you say. No, it doesn't poison itself. Bedbugs live everywhere. Starting from mattresses ending with furniture. It would seem that we went to the head and the issue will be resolved. No. The administration just doesn't care. Absolutely and from a high mountain. The maximum that will be offered to you is to change the mattress and they will come to spray some dichlofos, from which you will die out rather than living creatures. They did that to us and the problem did not disappear. For 3 weeks now, my comrades and I have been waking up bitten. I would like to convey a special greeting to the commandant of the hostel, who has one phrase for all occasions: "Close to the university, in Minsk! 44p per month!! If you don't like it, rent an apartment." And she's right about only one thing. Rent an apartment, dear readers. I had a chance to live in this beautiful place for 2 years. Taking into account the fact that I am not too squeamish and I can refuse some comfort. Think 10 times before moving into this wonderful institution from the BEST UNIVERSITY in the COUNTRY.

Terrible living conditions. The hostel is designed to accommodate three people in a room, as a result, four people live. The refrigerator is not provided by default, the payment is even more expensive than for good dorms in Petrovshchina. I'm already silent about the eternal cockroaches. Upon eviction, you must go through all the circles of hell to make the block even better than it was when you checked in. The watch did not hear about the fact that they are obliged to let all students in at any time of the day, and not arrange a circus and force them to spend the night on the street. I've lived here for two years, if it weren't for the independent renovation of the room and good neighbors, then in principle you can hang yourself. Apparently, in order to get at least somehow better, it is necessary to completely demolish this disgusting place and expel all the staff (starting from the watch, ending with the boorish "teacher" Irina, who declares that the student "has already been punished by God"). And this is the dormitory of the country's leading university.

And this is A SHAME for the leading university of the republic. There are cockroaches and dirt everywhere. Despite the major repairs, the rooms are uncomfortable. It is puzzling what they repaired - the linoleum is old, the plumbing is breathing heavily. Outdated, worn-out sanitary ceramics. Students are not allowed to use electrical appliances - this is how the management saves electricity, brazenly hiding behind safety precautions.
And the staff deserves a separate "praise". Rudeness, arrogance, disregard.
One star only for new windows. And so in general, I would not have put a star.

A beautiful large building with a wonderful view from the windows.
The dormitory is of a block type, i.e. the kitchen, shower, toilet are located in the block. The block has two spacious rooms of 5x4 m. Each room has three tables and three chairs with backs, a wardrobe and 4 bedside tables. The hostel has high-speed Internet up to 200mb/s from the NIX provider.
One disadvantage: the lower floors are overrun by cockroaches because of the garbage chute :(

The administration is impolite, no respect for the students. They are constantly shouting, making remarks for nothing, they do not want to listen calmly.
Cockroaches operate boldly in the kitchen, it often happens that in the rooms. The renovation is very old :(furniture and plumbing too.
If it is possible to rent an apartment, this will be the best solution.
Oh, yes, during the eviction, it still needs to be overhauled according to the feelings. They don't put enough hours for any kind of work! My friend and I painted all the arches (on all doors) on all floors (!!!) (there are about 6 such doors on one floor) in the whole building, and I was only given 10 hours for them. Ten!!!! And these are not all the creepy stories associated with this dorm.

I was bitten by some small animal. Bites on all hands. We applied to the head of the room at the beginning of last month, and it's already the end of the new month... They took the mattresses from the beds, said they would give insect repellent (maybe bedbugs) for the weekend while we were at home and not in the dorm to disinfect the room from this filth. In the end, they didn't give us anything, we sleep on mattresses in which we don't know what is found, and these bites sting and itch, but they look like someone tore pieces off the skin.
