You can live, but the hostel is so-so. The watch is very strict, like a student college, with some tense, kindergarten. There is no freedom, then it is possible, then it is impossible, it is impossible late, otherwise the hostel will be closed. So I recommend renting or trying to find a way to buy an apartment where no one will bother you, at what time you want to come home and there will always be light. If something breaks, the masters do not act promptly. Requests to repair are delayed for weeks, 2-3 weeks you live without light in the bathroom, toilet and in the block. And we also pay for such conditions. The neighbors are no longer friendly than they are good. There is no discipline and order between neighbors when on duty, cleaning in their blocks and in other places. They don't clean up after themselves in the kitchen. Of course, we wanted to solve issues together in a human way ourselves, but well, no one cares, and when something happens, they look for someone to blame. I just wanted peace, order and cleanliness. Not only for myself and from the words of other neighbors. Thank you for the room!
