The dorm is neglected, there are almost zero repairs, one dust in the eyes from the side of the housing 3,all the pipes are pre-war, the wiring is melting, a bunch of fleas and cockroaches in this room, the kitchen is constantly not washed, there is no shower.the toilets are broken, smoke is constantly in the toilets on both floors.
