What can I say.....made cosmetic repairs inside....but....life didn't get any better....It is not possible for people to live on the top floor in the summer..... the roof is heating up.....The side balcony cannot be used....You can't even put a trash can in the hallway....It's cold in winter....I don't know how it is on the ground floors....but on the fifth, the wind blows through the brick .... batteries do not help in winter....and during the heating season, the windows are always strangled.......frames ...the doors are probably from the year they were built ...and the price of accommodation is not cheap😟

Positive :The hostel itself has been renovated in the kitchen and shower. Good watchmen. Minuses : Cockroaches, and there are a lot of them here. ,old windows with huge holes, there is constantly garbage on the stairwells (but this is rather a minus for the residents of the hostel itself, who are unable to take out the garbage.)Hence the constant stench. You can't put anything in the hallway, there's mold in the corner rooms. It is constantly cold in winter. The batteries are barely warm during the heating season.It is very cold in the rooms in winter. But the payment is not small. In general, nothing good.
