Doctors deserve better living conditions.
The interior is very old.
Not just old, but dead.
The cost of housing for 12 days of business trip is 45 rubles. 45! Well, take 200 rubles, but make the living conditions better.
Block type of accommodation. Unit: 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 room for 2 people and 1 room for 3 people. The unit has 1 refrigerator for two rooms. The kitchen is on the floor. You need to bring all the dishes (cutlery, dishes) and a kettle with you if you want to eat your own food. ONE crane for 5 people, it is very inconvenient. In the bathrooms, hooks and shelves are good if there are at least some bad ones. And, YES!, blue baths, it's just a top. The rooms have built-in wardrobes, decorated with wallpaper inside, which have been stripped off over time, and the shelves are streaky. Because of this, the smell in the cabinets is not possible, it is unpleasant to store things in them. The beds are completely unsuitable for rest and creak because of the mattresses. Feather pillows, heavy, old. There is either no mirror in the rooms, or it is such that it is unpleasant to use it. You can't even dream of microwaves. There are none. There are no TVs. But every bed has sockets, it's a luxury. There is no bedside lamp. If you turn on the light in the room, it is very bright. The windows are covered only with thick curtains, there is no budget for tulle. Yes, there are two elevators in the building, they are in good working order.
Plus: we haven't seen any cockroaches.
In general, a good hostel. Not super comfortable conditions, but it will go for 2-4 weeks of accommodation. Slowly but surely the rooms are being renovated in small ways. But I would really like the windows to be replaced with new ones, because in winter the cold air is quite strong from the old wooden windows.
Only the staff is good. The hostel can be described solely as a roof over your head, no more. 2 sockets for 3 people in the room, 1 mirror for 5 people in the shower. And the most terrible cold in the rooms. In summer it's a plus, but only in summer. The allegedly made repairs are just installed plastic windows from which the wind whistles anyway.
Very cheap accommodation. $1.5/day. Well, of course, the conditions are appropriate. A bed, a bedside table, a chair. There is nothing else. From the minimum, I would like at least an electric kettle. And if you are a visitor, be sure to buy drinking water. It is impossible to drink from the tap, concentrated bleach.
Excellent conditions. Clean, nice. The rooms are warm, there are double-glazed windows. Refrigerator for 2 rooms. For such a price, everything is generally luxury.
It is convenient to get there, the metro is nearby. A very friendly staff. The hostel is renovated. The blocks are clean, beautiful, and cozy. I'm very pretty.
The living conditions, to put it mildly, leave much to be desired, the brightest thing in this institution is the staff: responsive, always with a smile (except for the housekeeper, she does not fit into the team) thank them for their kind attitude. I hope that someday doctors will be provided with decent housing for the duration of their studies, and not a place to spend the night on the principle of "there is a roof and it will do"
The State Department is still the same. I don't know about the other floors, but on the third floor in the two-room you can see that it has recently been renovated: fresh wallpaper, a new table. One bed is hard, the other is creaky. Overall, it's still a barn, but it's a little better renovated. I'll give you a whole one star. The same shared kitchen - I didn't check the functionality, and I don't need to. There are no microwaves in sight. Plus, there are no designated smoking areas at all. Just a ban... But in order to ban something, you need to make a special place for smoking, right? Otherwise, all these prohibitions simply won't work.
In general, the hostel is normal. Yes, major repairs are needed in the blocks, but you can live. The watchmen are friendly. Check-in is also possible on Sunday.
If you want to plunge into the atmosphere of the early 90s, come here! And all that's new is fresh paint and new creaky elevators. Everything else, including the watchmen, the issuance of laundry on watch, registration with a bunch of forms and questionnaires, iron enameled sinks, etc. You will be provided here. It doesn't matter that it's 2024. Time stood still here ;)
Very bad! Unsanitary conditions! The paint will crawl wherever it is possible, there are 4 types of wallpaper in the room, cabinets are falling apart. At the same time, the employees are rude.
Hello, there is only one mirror in the bathroom in the dormitory block, that is, for 5 people in the morning there is one mirror in the bathroom, which is constantly occupied. And it's also bad that we are evicted early in the morning on the last day. We need to vacate the room before 12:00. It's very inconvenient.
The conditions are not bad. Yes, repairs would not hurt, and the windows would be replaced. But we've been given worse dormitories, so we appreciate that too. Not far from the metro, there is a euroopt store nearby, purity island, as well as a shawarma to take away. It's not bad for a month-long session. Thank you for making the most of it.
Very nice hostel, warm, cozy bath, shower, toilet, refrigerator in each block of 3x2 2 rooms and a kitchen at each end of the corridor. What else do you need?
Well, not a penthouse, but you can live.
In some blocks, the windows are wooden, which do not blow badly. The elevator is not working, and a walk to the 9th floor)
The condition of the bathroom wants to leave the best.
And so more or less
I lived in a hostel for 2 weeks, there is something to compare it with, to say that it is very bad-I will lie, but there are many disadvantages.I lived on the 9th floor, so I'll start with the elevator, which has outlived its usefulness for a long time, but it goes well, sometimes it's hard to call to the 9th floor, because you don't have time to press the button, there's nothing stairs. It's cold in the room at night, it blows very strongly, although the battery is warm, there is no chandelier and no lighting, one light bulb, this is not enough; I would like a mirror in the room, but it is in the bathroom.the water is hot and cold, the pressure is great; the toilet is renovated, everything is new there, I was very pleased.there is a refrigerator in good condition, I would like a small kitchen on the block, at least a table, a closet and a sink, but you can't implement this here; I haven't been to the common kitchen, so I won't say anything.in general, thanks for that too.
Five-star apartments for a ridiculous price. Those who have nostalgia for their student years in the dorm will not disappoint. Nothing has changed in 15 years. They move into a 3-bed room. There is a refrigerator in the unit with an authentic local smell. The stoves in the kitchen are open from 6 to 23. A set of bed linen, a kitchen towel and a small bath towel are provided for use. Pretty clean everywhere. Double-glazed windows. There is linoleum on the floor. 1 table-desk per room, individual chairs and bedside tables.
A comfortable dormitory is enough for studying, but it is better to come there on the day of the start of studies so that there are no misunderstandings.
Staff, service - approx.
But the best indicator of the attitude towards health workers in society is what kind of hostel they live in. Probably, it will be difficult to find such from student dormitories. Repairs are very necessary.
On the watch, they are friendly and responsive, the staff of the hostel always help with any questions and problems that arise. It was nice to live there)
The elevator does not work, the conditions are as they were 7 years ago, and now, cockroaches are in the block (shake things before leaving), the staff is very friendly.
The dorm is like a dorm, toilets, faucets have been changed. It would be nice to replace the windows as well. There are fewer foreigners, especially Georgians.
Clean, cozy, neat renovation, good furniture, friendly staff. The only negative is that it is cold in the room, despite the fact that the batteries are hot. It blows very much from the window.
Quite a decent hostel. Not 5 stars, but you can live. During the warm period it is normal, but in winter it is cold, the windows are old, there are cracks around the perimeter. There are refrigerators, kitchens on the floor. The rooms are not cleaned very well.

The room is standard, dorm room. The main advantage is warmth. The divertor in the shower does not work, there is nowhere to hang the shower watering can, you need to hold it in your hands. The staff is boorish, real nurses. They are accused of all sins without understanding (they allegedly smoked in the kitchen). When handing over the laundry before eviction, there is a huge queue. Very bad.
The staff is 10 out of 10, all friendly, ready to help you, sort things out and all that. Some units do not have enough repairs and many have heat (blowing from the windows). I will come more often)
It became very good in the hostel from the point of view of life and discipline, but the influx of people from far abroad (Central Asia), as a result, accumulate all pleasant impressions. No offense.
