The building is beautiful, especially with lighting in the evening. Among the disadvantages: cockroaches, an old building. The first is to some extent solved by etching and control, sanitation. The other will solve the repair. The windows need to be sealed for the winter, they are blown through. In kitchens, not all comforts are very well heated.
