I was moved into room 609 A, where the room temperature did not rise above 14 ° C during the week from 08.02.2021 (on average 12-14 ° C), drafts were very strong, as with an open window in windy weather. It is impossible to study and generally stay in the room because of the intense cold. You can only sleep in warm clothes, but it's still cold. At night I woke up from the fact that the part of my head peeking out from under the blanket was very sore from the cold. My ears are already blocked, my neck is blown out and my frontal part hurts. I really hope that I will survive. It remains to be patient for another week. I am preparing for exams, sitting in a hat and a down jacket. There is a video where you can see how, with the windows closed and things stuffed into the window slits, the curtain is actively swaying from a strong and cold draft. Help!

I didn't like that:
1) the building is old and in need of repair;
2) three people are accommodated in small rooms, I would like a maximum of two
