There are still piles of leaves and steps in the courtyard, as if after the bombing, the manager doesn't care about anything, what she is needed for and what she gets paid for is not clear at all. One answer is that BAMS did it. But she's been in charge for 4 years, maybe it's time to change something?!! Or is it easier to change the manager?!
The horror is that at the entrance and after. It's a nightmare. The dorm belongs to the city, and such an outrage (ppts). The fire alarm is constantly beeping, the elevator is not working, the entrance steps are a separate paragraph. The common doors are a disaster, the taps are in such a state that stupidly they do not work in the common kitchens ((( the tenants did not buy new ones))))
Windows are a separate element: with the wind it will take out or not. Again, they are waiting for the tenants to change.
That's horrible.
Old electric cookers with six comforts work only two are for 5 rooms of residents...bad showers are all in fungus, the pallets are old and rusty...the pros are probably that the elevator was changed to a new one.
