The hotel is not the worst, but definitely not the best either. If you want to live for 2-3 days, then it's generally a buzz. But longer is harder.
Firstly, there are eternal problems with technology. Last time, the lid of the kettle just fell off in my hands. This time, the kettle doesn't turn off by itself - you have to get up and pull the plug out of the socket every time (and the socket is generally hanging on snot). It always stinks in the shower. And this time, the shower cord itself bends under the battery and has already fallen on me 2 times.
But one incident struck me the most. Yesterday I was sitting in a room with a neighbor and at about 19:20 the cleaning lady flies in to us (she flies in, because she comes in first, and only then knocks). I started to get aggressive when I saw that our trash bag was overflowing (although we put a regular bag next to it, because the main one was no longer enough). And then she allowed herself to call us "terrible pigs." Yes, we had an unpolished room, but we pay a lot of money to arrange it in a way that is convenient for us. And as a result, some cleaning lady allows herself to scold the guests as if we were her friends. Then, after going into the shower, she called us "armless" because we had water on the floor (I remind you that the shower repeatedly fell and, of course, the water flows onto the floor) + there is a small "threshold" in the shower, so the water also flows out. I started to explain why this happens, and in response I heard that everyone washes and no one has such a thing.
Later, she said, "I hope you're not here for three months."
I'm just shocked by such boorish behavior. After working with people for two years, I have never allowed myself to say a bad word.
In general, if you want to be humiliated by a cleaning lady for your money, then you can come here.
But I want to emphasize that the women on watch are very nice)
In principle, the staff is treated well, the head of the hostel is excellent!
Not to mention the dormitory N2, the head there is completely inadequate!!!
Repair standards, birds live in window sills, plastic windows are the cheapest, but the biggest minus is the hostel closes at 00:30 this is a dorm for work and not for students, do not go out do not go in after half past one, this is the biggest minus you live like a student but you are not a teenager, the authorities are changing and the rules are getting worse and worse I pay for a bed and live like in a student dorm. A bad dorm for employees of such an elite organization.
A very good hostel. In 2017, major repairs were carried out: new baths, bathrooms, double-glazed windows. There are electric stoves in the kitchen. In winter, the batteries are heated well at 55 degrees. For families, there is a storage room for bicycles and strollers on each floor. The metro is 700 meters away, there is a lot of public transport. The periphery of the hostel is equipped with a video surveillance system.
