Pros: you can live there, Cons: 1 come at 21:00. 2 If you do something wrong, you will write an explanatory note. 3 And many people there use the fact that they are in the USO - the student council of the hostel. 4 They may yell at you to go into the room, but at the same time this person will sit in someone else's room and yell at you. 5 One elevator is clearly not enough. 6 If you need to go to the dorm, then they won't let you through without shouting "you can't go here during school hours" even if something is urgent.
