We stayed here for 2 nights in 2 and 4-bed rooms.
The location was quite satisfactory. The attitude of the watchmen is very friendly. Nearby there is a dining room from the furniture factory Zov. We went on their recommendation and did not regret it. For 13 rubles .We got a very delicious lunch for two! It's really delicious! Prices are generally cheap: 1.6 rubles, 2.5 rubles. dishes.... 😯👍❤
Rooms. There is a necessary minimum. The linen is clean, they give you a towel. Important! There are no cockroaches! In general, everything is neat, the mattress is free of stains and other unpleasant moments.
Well, our two rooms have a bathroom combined with a shower in the corridor near the stairs on the 1st floor. It's a little cramped. The mirror is only in the ATM above the washbasin
The kettle was only in the 2-bed room, but I think that if necessary, you can ask the janitor for it, as well as the iron. They brought it to us without any problems, as well as additional cups and spoons. There are few dishes, to be honest.
There are double-glazed windows, wooden beds, and extra blankets in the closet. The room has a wardrobe, bedside tables, table, stools, microwave, refrigerator. The doors to the room are wooden. In our room, there was a small hole on the door where the lock was. The doors close without problems, but it is quite possible to look into the room through the hole if desired 🥴
During the entire stay, I did not see or hear anyone else walking near us.
There are rooms on the 2nd floor. Everything is arranged a little differently there.
In principle, this housing is worth the money 20-30 rubles per person per day.
One moment. There is a TV in the superior room, which either does not show, or if it shows an image, then without sound and sometimes with a delay. Question: what is the improvement of the room and why is this TV needed?... It does not cost an additional 10 rubles per day.

Important! If you need a rental agreement for a report to the accounting department, they will give it to you without any problems.

I think you can safely stay here if you are not a picky person and want to save money. We only came to spend the night. In general, everything was fine for us.

This dormitory is a separate kind of art. The prices are sky-high, and it is unclear why they charge such money. There are no conditions, there you can get acquainted with cockroaches and even sleep with them!
Rooms with repairs that were done by the students themselves (we are forced to do it under threats that they will not give us a diploma, and it does not matter that it is written in the contract that repairs should be done, provided that we have spoiled something).
When checking in, everyone is told that the shower is on every floor, but this is not the case. The shower is in the basement, again with cockroaches, where cold water is very common. It is advisable to buy your own shower head, as some bad people steal them, and the management does not want to buy new ones, they do not want to spend their money on us. The shower is often closed, just for fun. Cameras are everywhere, but if you ask to view them, you will not succeed, since you need to assemble a consultation to rewind the recording, even if you need to rewind for five minutes. The hostel closes at 10 p.m., and if you are late, you will hear a lot about yourself.The rooms require perfect cleanliness, so that nothing even lies on the table (it is not known what it was put for then). Things on the battery can not be dried, everything must be put in the closet, so the administration said. It's better not to expect any understanding from educators, it's not typical for these women, but you can listen about their mental anguish and how they hate this job and you. The wiring there is older than your grandfathers, so you can't do anything but charge your phone. If you have an electric kettle, it will be taken away from you. Extension cords can only be used with a button, and then they still need to be hidden. You are lucky if there is an outlet near the bed in the room, since most often it is at the other end of the room and there is only one. Fire detectors can be triggered by ordinary deodorant, so be careful. You are very lucky if you have two closets in your room for two people, since there are rooms where there is only one closet, and it has to be divided into two. If there are three people in the room, then someone will not get a closet, and you will have to share it with someone. If your light bulb has burned out and you have reported it, then you will have to wait a week for it (it is better to buy your own already).
