We have placed an order for the products. It was necessary to have 6 lamps and 6 starters for them. Some prices were announced on the phone, in fact, the prices in the bill were already different - an order of magnitude higher. Moreover, they "fed breakfast" for 2 days that the goods would be shipped, as a result, instead of Friday, the goods could only be shipped on Monday. But the adventures did not end there either. According to the bill, there were some lamps (those that we needed), and in fact, completely different lamps were shipped according to the invoice. As a result, the starters did not fit these lamps. Bottom line: the quality of service is 1. Personally, our company will not contact them anymore.

Finally, I found the time to write a review about the dishonesty of the employees of this organization.About a month ago, I wanted to buy a UV lamp from them to illuminate the cat for the presence of lichen.They imposed on me a detector for MS 2 money, assuring me that it performs all the functions of the wood lamp.Trusting a specialist, I purchased this miracle product, which in fact almost does not shine.Well, all right.the review is not about the lamp.The most interesting thing is that they charged me 43p for this lamp, although the price on the site is still 23p.Subsequently, explaining the price discrepancies by the fact that the product is new and the price will be updated.The price has not been updated so far.They offered to refund the money without even a check.But I didn't go anymore.

Moreover, every time I called to find out when the lid would be ready, and the man from Svetilkin promised to find out and call back, he never called back.

The lamp for T8 fluorescent lamps burned out, we drive it on the Internet, find the nearest store, 03/13.2020 at the address Minsk, Kedyshko , 24, show what a man needs to the seller, they give for 20 rubles. We arrive, we put it does NOT work. 03/16/2020 we are taking you for a replacement. I change it, but they say it's better to pay 4 rubles extra, a total of 24 rubles..
A couple of days later, a second one was needed. I type it on the Internet and see the average price in Minsk of 18 rubles. I go to the svetilkin website and see the price of 18.5 rubles. I call on the phone to clarify the price- THE MALE CONSULTANT SAYS YES, THE PRICE IS CORRECT AND FINAL. I arrive on 03/23/2020 there is no consultant in place. I show the man from the wholesale department which one I bought on the website - he says yes, this one, the PRICE is 18.5 rubles. As a result, I tell him why they sold me for 24 rubles a week ago. His answer was this: I'm not from this department. if you want for 24 rubles. if you want for 18.5 rubles. I don't care. The seller who sold you for 24 rubles is not there today.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. THEY'RE CHEATING. For the first time I came across such a thing – that the store itself comes up with a price.
