Now about the boorish and unacceptable attitude in the catering facility, when asked 25 minutes after the order: "how long will our order be ready?" They replied, "as soon as you are ready, they will call you, if you have ever cooked, you will know that it is not fast." The girl who made the order after us received a burger with hair inside (the hair is definitely not hers since she is brown-haired, and the hair was white) when she came and showed it, an unknown man at the checkout (who then carried boxes, then ran to the kitchen, then counted people at the checkout, and then generally came what- then the elderly people and he was sitting with them in the hall) said: "Soryan, who does not happen to anyone" and that was all his apology, to which the girl replied that: "this is not the first time it has already happened." When we ordered a set with a hot dog, we expected a bun with a SAUSAGE, and as a result we got a bun with the cheapest sausage in the amount of two pieces. After all this, if our company wants to visit your city again, then we will definitely pass by your place. And yes, I am a person who has been working in catering for several years, and such a quality of service is simply unacceptable.
Ps: chefs in the kitchen should be in uniform and with a hat, not in a cap with a ponytail, and if the cashier serves at the checkout, he should not run and help the chefs with burgers.

I will always come here, especially for the 8th shawarma in the evening) they cook quickly. Burgers do not reach KFC, Mc, Bk, add normal sauces there, more vegetables! It won't be much more expensive, but the taste is brighter. Cheap ketchup is terrible, ruined the whole burger. Cheese for an amateur. But shavukha is great!)
