The staff is excellent. The atmosphere is already time to make repairs. Update the interior. The waiting time is minimal, but the quality and taste are no longer the same. It's very dirty. The hall with tables is located in the basement of the house. When going to the bathroom, you can see a dirty kitchen where dishes are prepared for you. There are almost no visitors, as was noticed when going to this institution.
