I have been working with Yulia Saprikova for a long time, as I live and work under constant stress, which I cannot cope with myself, and the situation in the world is now developing very dynamically, not for the better for the population. There have been many psychologists in my life due to the circumstances, but as for Yulia, I can say that this is my psychologist I chose, I changed my perception of the world by all three hundred and sixty degrees, I learned to live with my panic attacks, and I accepted a lot of things that made my horizons easier. I have been working with specialist Yulia since January. It would seem that quite a short time has passed, considering that my problem had plagued me for 5 years before, I quickly felt improvements. Before Julia, I had two sad experiences working with a psychologist, so I was very worried that there would be a third, but it's really hard for me to convey how wrong I was. It's hard to imagine a more involved person than Julia. The session is so unobtrusive and organic that you feel like someone has finally figured out exactly what's going on in your soul. This specialist is definitely working on the result, what I saw for the first time was that Julia did not appoint the next lesson until you had worked out the task that needed to be worked out in order to move forward. He is also the first specialist in my life who made it clear that the psyche is one and all problems that at first glance seem different can go back to one point and require simultaneous work. So far, not a single session has been useless, and after each of them I leave with my eyes open to new aspects of my usual problems. I highly recommend it, it's a specialist with a capital letter!
