So, I will tell you my story of cooperation as a customer / contractor with Odeon furniture. I've been planning to change the bed for a long time, because I wanted more space in the bed, not to kick my husband, who leans and tries to crush his body weight in his sleep)))). Therefore, I began to look for a bed with a mattress size of 180 * 200. Furniture stores in Minsk and the surrounding area of the Moscow Ring Road, online stores have also been re-lined. Undoubtedly, there are very beautiful, practical models, BUT (!!!) at very "ugly" prices for me. Logically, it would take a considerable amount to buy a good orthopedic mattress, and even a bed in the 3000+ price category.... In general, I was very, very puzzled. And by chance I find an advertisement for Odeon furniture on Kufara. I really liked the looks of the models. These are good-quality beds, massive and very suitable for my price. I got in touch with the provided contact. Nikolay, the owner of the production, communicated with me. ( A.... one more point: I have already read various reviews on Odeon furniture, so I was determined to fight with legal savvy in case of anything....) After communication and my voiced wishes, all possible options of cots for me were sent to Viber. I decided on both the model and the upholstery option, and then the cooperation has already begun))). I made an advance payment, I got Nikolai with calls fifty times, they say, I must deliver the crib no later than the designated date, since the vacation will begin and I will need to leave. And then there's my beloved husband egging me on: Look, there are so many scammers divorced. You can't wait for the crib, and the prepayment money is tight... He loves me with terrible force!!!!!))))) So, closer to the end of the order period, I bothered Nikolai again and reminded him of myself. I was told that the bed would not be delivered on Sunday, it would take literally two days, but on Tuesday everything would be at my place. And so it was. On Tuesday, I received a bed, the necessary "jewelry" for assembly. To say that I was happy is to say nothing. I was happy as an elephant when the bed was assembled, when I plopped down on it, when all the relatives oohed and ahed approvingly))). In general, I definitely recommend ordering this furniture. The perfect price/quality ratio. Thanks to Nikolai for the high-quality work of the enterprise!!!!!

I've read all sorts of comments, both good and not so good, but to my pleasure, I can say with confidence that I was lucky. The guys are great, yes, there were some questions about the timing, but not global ones - a couple of weeks is nonsense. A real masterpiece has arrived to us, it is unlikely that you can buy such a thing in a store, and even for such money. The job is 100% done! The crib is impossible to take your eyes off! And the quality of the fabric, and the installation of rhinestones, and the frame of the product - everything is very well done and well done. Lifting mechanism!!! It works like clockwork! In short, I can still sing praises to these miracle masters for a long time, because they really deserve it.

A two - story bed was needed , but wide on the first tier , not quite standard . We found the Odeon Furniture website, we really liked the assortment. But since they did not find a suitable option, they ordered their own sketch . The operator accepted the order, then the manager called us back to discuss everything. Unusually, no prepayment was required , and confidence in the manufacturer increased even more after that .Just two weeks later, we picked up the order ourselves, from the shopping center. There is no time to do the assembly , we kindly assembled everything on the spot , wrapped with film .And we were already transporting , in gazelles , without problems with gobarites . I note that the bed itself is assembled perfectly. There were no missing children, as well as superfluous ones. The body is strong, the maximum load will withstand both a special mattress and the weight of a person. The bed is beautiful, light brown in color, with comfortable sturdy handles on one side, as we asked.Probably stools with non-standard parameters will also be ordered from Odeon Furniture. Thanks to the manufacturer and the staff, they helped out a lot .

I learned about this company from Kufara. I liked the photos of the furniture, and the terms of the contract too.At the first communication, Nikolai (that's the name of the main liar) was sociable and immediately began immodestly, like a braggart hare, to bombard me with good reviews about himself in correspondence.It surprised me, but okay, I believed it...and now I think where did he draw them from)I've been brainwashed for 8 months with my order!!!Nikolai swore that next week 99.9% of the order would be made every week...The girl on the phone said that the order was ready, expect delivery.A circus, that's all!there is no order, calls from my number are not answered now...To deprive their sole proprietors of their activities and bring them to justice through the courts for the deceived people.Shame on such a company!

The girl on the phone says one thing, in fact everything is different. We waited for our order for 6 months, and now they don't answer calls and messages. I do not advise contacting this company.

I ordered a sofa for the kitchen from them, but they immediately said that it would take 45 working days to make it. It took a very long time, but since no one else could make such a sofa, I agreed. A couple of days before the end of the production period, I called to ask what was wrong with my sofa, and they told me that they could make it only 2 weeks later, while explaining that they were in very high demand and did not have time to make it on time. They promised that they would contact me when the sofa was ready. I waited. When the extra 2 weeks were coming to an end, I called them again asking what was wrong with my sofa. I was told that they would clarify it now and call me back. I waited. An hour passed, I called them, but they didn't answer me. Then I called several more times with a break of about an hour. I got through on the 5th call. I asked what was wrong with my sofa, they said they would look at it now, but they didn't put down the phone, which was good news. Then they told me that the sofa was ready, but when I asked when it would be delivered, they said that when there would be a car. I began to clarify when the car would be there. I was told that they would contact me later by the end of the week. I asked if I would get a call for sure and how and in the morning is it just a promise? I was told that no one promised me in the morning that they would call me back, while clarifying whether I had called them exactly in the morning. For myself, I decided that I would not contact them anymore. In the meantime, I'm waiting for my sofa to be delivered to me and how soon they will have the end of the week, because I called on Wednesday, and they work until Friday.

There is a separate problem with delivery. They call at lunch - we'll bring them in the evening. I say OK, I'll be there at 7:30 p.m. dial me in half an hour. At 18:50 the bell rang, we unloaded the sofa near the entrance. Take it away.
