The restaurant is in the shopping center, the waiters and the administrator spit on the guests. When ordering breakfast, according to the menu, there is a hot coffee as a gift. The receptionist warned us that there was no coffee in the establishment. We asked to replace coffee with tea - we were told no. We asked for a discount and were told no. No one wanted to solve the problem somehow. All the staff could do was be rude. The pricing of breakfasts clearly takes into account the "gift" coffee, which is simply already included in the price of the dishes. If you want at least an average level of service, I do not recommend this institution

We visited this place with our family, but there is no one there. The waiters slowly walk around the hall, communicate with each other near the recoil, despite the fact that the room is full of guests, and they have empty plates on the tables, which it would not hurt to remove. The dishes are all dirty, the dish is served on greasy plates with fingerprints, the appliances are all stained. Dessert was brought (Napoleon) but there are no devices, we waited for them for another 15 minutes. Smelt was expected for more than an hour, but the chebureks were most surprised, apart from the fact that they were clearly burnt, so the waiter tried to convince us that everything was fine with the dish. The evening was ruined, we will not recommend this place to anyone and we will not return ourselves.

The tinctures are delicious.There are no complaints about the courtesy of the waiter. There are not enough staff. You wait for an order so long that you no longer have any desire to eat it.
The establishment is designed only to drink wine or coffee with a cake. At the same time, he hopes that the cake or ice cream is still available.
