On January 16, 2017, at 20:50, I went to the pharmacy to get medicine. I have a receipt confirming this action. Your employee allowed herself, while in the workplace, to use obscene words, swear, insult, threaten!!! She was sarcastic!!! She did not want to sell me medicine, which is a gross violation of Ukrainian legislation, respectively, a violation of my rights as a consumer!!! She behaved brazenly, boorishly!!! I ask you to take this information into account! Take certain actions in relation to this employee! After all, it is "such" employees who undermine the authority of the network!!! They're a disgrace!!! As a result, the consumer base is decreasing!
