Odyssey-Tour travel agency has selected an excellent holiday option for us in Vityazevo, the Sauvignon guest house on the first line. The rest was a 100% success, all our wishes were taken into account. I rate the hotel 5*, the animators are funny, there is a beach, soft sand at the entrance to the sea, free sun beds, I liked the food. There are no complaints about the room either, it is large, modern, nothing superfluous, good quality cleaning. Thank you so much, we had a lot of pleasant impressions!! We will contact you again

The organization of the Three Capitals tour was at the highest level. Even at the booking stage, manager Tatiana explained everything clearly. The application process at the embassy also went smoothly. The visa was opened for six months (90 days of stay), before that there was a Schengen in 2022 for 1 month, so overall the result is not bad.
Everything was great during the trip. The hotels corresponded to the stated level, no complaints. The guides in Budapest, Vienna and Prague were simply brilliant, the guide on the additional excursion in Dresden was a little less impressive, but also quite qualified.
I would especially like to mention Ilona, who accompanies the group. A real pro in his field! She is always friendly, patient and punctual. Huge thanks to her!
Overall, I was completely satisfied with the tour! If I'm going on a similar trip, I will definitely choose the Odyssey Tour company. I recommend it!

I went on a tour with Odisha in August on a tourist trip to Switzerland. I liked everything very much. A very thoughtful route, good hotels and a guide Alexander!!! It's not the first time I've traveled with this travel agency and it's always wonderful. I recommend it!

I usually don't write reviews, especially angry ones, but here the arrogance and rudeness of the director of Odyssey tour struck me to the core!!!
This is the first time I have encountered such deception and incompetence of a travel company!!! They cheat at every turn. Unreasonably overestimate the price at the last moment (when the vacation has already been signed and it is impossible to refuse)! They are not responsible for their words!
About everything in order:
1. The cost of railway tickets at the initial request was 420 rubles for adults and 210 rubles for children. As a result, it grew by 3 adults and 2 children per 100 rubles. Like the railway road raised the cost, but on the railway road website, they cost the same. According to Svetlana, they actually booked them (tickets for several wagons) back in the spring.
2. The cost of housing was significantly different from that announced by the hostess of the hotel
3. We had a huge request to provide seats on the train NOT near the toilet and necessarily 3 lower seats (2 children who can fall at any moment and the husband after leg surgery cannot climb to the 2nd floor in any way). We were repeatedly promised that we would go according to the request. In fact, the penultimate compartment and the upper side were going there (i.e. 3 upper seats)!!!!, and back near the toilet!!!! Repeated conversations and requests did not help!!!
4. As soon as I hinted that we would buy a tour elsewhere, Svetlana informed us that NO ONE would sell the tour to us, because their company buys all train tickets.
5. The tour service is 340 rubles, do not understand why, if I found the hotel myself, reviews, reviews, etc. I looked at it myself.
There was only deception, lies and rudeness from them!
Svetlana, in fact, openly talked on the verge of rudeness!!!!
6. The tickets were handed to us 20 minutes before the departure of the train, although the meeting was scheduled 40 minutes in advance. No one had answered the phone before.
I do not recommend this company !!!
P. S. The rest was a success, but there is not a single gram of merit of this company.

There are many interesting tours, but firstly, it is not easy to identify those who are going by themselves, and secondly, the company cannot always add an exclusive at the request of the tourist. For example, when I asked them to order a theater ticket in St. Petersburg, they simply fell silent. The competitors offered me to point a finger at any performance. As a result, I went to the competitors and sat in the place of the stalls where I liked it more
