I am very unhappy with the current situation in this hotel, which arose when I checked into the room, 100 euros were debited from my card with a deposit adjusted for the fact that this amount will be refunded to me 3 days after my departure. I paid for the room in advance, didn't break anything and didn't use the room bar. The second week has passed since the departure, the money has not been returned to the card. The hotel does not respond to my emails. I am very unhappy with this treatment.
