Заказала у них офисную бумагу 1 шт, т.к. это был остаток. Через день мне позвонила девушка, и сказала, что они вынуждены отменить заказ, т.к. товара в наличии нет.
Но на следующий день я снова вижу на сайте в наличии 1шт бумаги, но уже по другой цене! Бумага была. Я сделала заказ по цене, которая была указана на их сайте. Они должны были мне отгрузить товар по старой цене, а не отменять заказ. Это неуважение к клиентам и закону. И публичную оферту никто не отменял.
Непорядочный магазин.
После появления офис эксперт отпала необходимость бегать закупать концелярию по городу, доставка в основном на следующий день, все документы дают, доставщики и менеджера вежливые после заказа созваниваются можно отменить или добавить товар
