To be honest, I just stopped by the salon to ask about the availability of new cars, their technical characteristics and, of course, the price, which was decisive for me. But, what I am incredibly glad about, after 10 days, although the contract said about 20, I was able to get my Creta and enjoy a great car!
Even in the process of purchasing a car, I could contact a specialist by phone or Viber at any time and immediately received an answer to a question, clarification, explanation and full support on the points of interest to me. What is very pleasant for me personally is that NO ONE tried to "push", impose, etc. All communication took place in a very friendly, warm atmosphere. Even after buying a car, I can contact a specialist at any time and get an instant response, for which special thanks! And here is a special female thanks for the very beautiful bouquet presented to me on the day I picked up the car!

But one of the employees smokes perfectly and communicates at the entrance, and Victoria works out her working hours. If it wasn't for manager Igor, I would have bought a car there. But he does not know how to communicate with potential customers. Teach him tact in his statements! Everyone can have their own point of view and for everyone it is true, not just his true one. The only manager I've had to talk to in the last couple of weeks when choosing a new car that left the most negative feeling.
