For myself, I have found a number of advantages of the arbitration court, namely: minimum time for dispute resolution; cost-effectiveness of the arbitration procedure; the possibility of a simplified dispute resolution procedure; the possibility of peaceful settlement of the dispute; the execution of the arbitral tribunal's decisions is guaranteed by law; high qualifications and professionalism.

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all the staff of the Visiting Arbitration Court, and especially to Vyacheslav Anatolyevich Drizgolovich! The highest qualification, complete impartiality and independence of judgments and conclusions - that's what a Visiting arbitration Court is. For me, and many of my friends, the arbitration clause in the concluded agreements on the transfer of disputes to the On-site Arbitration Court (if such disputes arise) is something without which I will not sign a single paper, and I will not spend a single penny! Only one organization had questions about such an arbitration clause, and this organization, as it turned out later, turned out to be fraudulent. Therefore, I urge everyone to be vigilant when someone refuses to sign a contract with an arbitration clause without clear reasons, justifying it only with general phrases!
