I don't know about the sales office, but I like the Vershina residential complex itself. A beautiful courtyard with interesting children's slides and various buildings for playing. A tennis court, a playground with exercise equipment and many other things. Cozy and comfortable. Studio apartments have a convenient layout, plastered walls, a toilet is installed in the bathroom. Spacious halls in the entrances and wide corridors, large Parking lot near the house. In general, I like it.

Excellent office with friendly professional staff. Manager Daria helped to sort out all the issues and conducted an excursion to the apartment on the seventh floor, despite the disabled elevator.
