I don't know about the sales office, but I like the Vershina residential complex itself. A beautiful courtyard with interesting children's slides and various buildings for playing. A tennis court, a playground with exercise equipment and many other things. Cozy and comfortable.
Studio apartments have a convenient layout, plastered walls, a toilet is installed in the bathroom. Spacious halls in the entrances and wide corridors, large Parking lot near the house.
In general, I like it.

It looks beautiful, but the apartments are not of high quality, the hot water supply is not of high quality, the heated towel rail will only work sideways and next to it, the walls in the bathroom are mostly monolithic, pipes can only be carried out on the floor or in a box, the chairman and the partnership are shell-shocked, do not buy an apartment there. There are experimental Belarusian compensators on hot water in the parking lot, which will explode at any moment, no leak sensors will help you, insure the apartment if you have it, and the partitions between the apartments are thin in one block, you can listen to neighbors, or during repairs break through the wall when drilling an outlet.
