- street food stopped cooking at lunch, the reason is that we ran out (seriously?!)
- you don't have to come for breakfast after 10, there are no places to sit in the Italian restaurant + the food was just running out. They offered to run with food to the 2nd floor 😀 how do you imagine with food and drinks up the stairs to the 2nd floor?)))

The hotel has been operating for a long time, but somehow everything is unfinished: the cars that drove around the territory do not work. The national cuisine restaurant is occupied by a children's camp. Many of the Assets that are in the price list are only in development. A separate disadvantage of the hotel kitchen, a big and fat minus, in particular the Trattoria: tasteless, ugly, unreasonably long and expensive. To eat, you definitely need to look for another place.
The second time, we are definitely looking for another location. Perhaps the situation is changing in winter.

It is better not to go to cafes on the territory, the price for one dish starts from 25,000 tenge. Therefore, people come just to walk with their food. On-site parking costs from 5000 tenge. The beauty of nature defies any assessment. It's very beautiful there! The mouth is open, the eyes are awesome, and the body feels good to walk with such a view of the mountains.
An interesting idea with a village in the trees. You walk there and feel comfortable.

It resembles a house for builders. Everything is simple, instead of a normal comfortable double bed, there are of course 2 single beds pushed together. That is, you are guaranteed to fall into the middle if you want to cuddle properly with your loved one. The stated Wi-Fi certainly did NOT work. And the net doesn't catch well there.
The decoration is the simplest and, to be honest, the cheapest. The carpet in the room is all tattered, it is clear that he has seen a lot of feet. The room is clean! But when you pay 60k per night, I would like to see comfort in addition to cleanliness.
Next, communication with customers. Guys! Well, you don't know how to do it at all. This is some kind of nightmare. In fact, the whole impression was spoiled precisely because the hotel staff communicated and solved problems "on departure". The conditions did not specify that there is a traffic jam fee. We asked to bring a corkscrew to the room. He was carried instead of 10 minutes an hour. At the same time, this is not a free service, as well as glasses. Well, you set the price, well, at least politely and processing the negative process the client. The dry "we pay for it" only upsets and only helps to see all the other disadvantages of the hotel.
In general, the price:quality ratio sucks.
SPA : mediocre. Everything was strained politely. Although the decoration of the yurt is fire! There were strange moments of the type when we came first we were directed to change behind a curtain. And then when we came out, they said that the yurt was at our disposal for half an hour before the start of the rest of the procedures. Question: why couldn't you tell us about it right away and then send us to the locker room? It was not very comfortable to rustle and change clothes in the presence of the staff. Usually the masseur leaves the room at this time.
The massage itself: the tables are hard. Our noses were both clogged, as our foreheads rested heavily on the hard surface of the table. And my shoulders were very stiff. The masters asked from time to time if everything was okay, but each of us thought that there was probably something wrong with our feelings. Then, after learning that there were identical signs, they realized what was the matter.
The massage was very gentle and quite tedious. Perhaps this is my subjective assessment. But I have often been to massages and I see mediocre for the first time.
There are no questions about the hammam. Everything is cool! The tea cooled down while we were washing after wrapping. The procedure cost 80k for two people . The SPA should cost that much, but only the feeling afterward should be such that you forget how much you paid. In the end, it was the opposite.
Conclusion: I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, there is poor service, mediocre buns (massage, restyls, ski) and not cozy rooms.
And beyond the mountains you can come to other places.

Most of the reception staff is not competent and does not understand what to do, gets confused, cannot tell about the reservation, correctly check in and accept payments. When asked about open restaurants, they always answer that everyone is open, although this is not true. Only one person was competent and had to kick everyone. The rooms are small, very low noise insulation in the house (neighbors and street noises can be heard). The "do not disturb" button does not work, so cleaning breaks in at 9-10 am without warning when everyone is asleep. This is solved by the usual signs on the door!! Why it is difficult to put them in the guest room is a mystery to us.
Since we are driving with a small child, we notice dirt on the floor. The floor was not cleaned on both of our visits, once it was so dirty that we had to call for cleaning with a vacuum cleaner in the evening.
Food is a separate song. Italian restaurant: almost everything is inedible, pizza is terrible, pasta too, salads are strange, literally a couple of acceptable dishes. New waiters who have just settled in are not trained properly and are immediately released alone to the guests.
Yurt restaurant: the food is delicious, but everything is spoiled by a very slow and forgetful service. We were at dinner for three (that is, there was not much food), the waiter took out the food for a long time, forgot the water, my husband's hot dish arrived cold And AS a RESULT WAS NOT EXCLUDED FROM THE BILL. Although it was actually inedible.
Breakfast: for some reason, the cheesecakes that were on our first visit were removed from the breakfast. Very strange, since this dish was the most delicious and enjoyed great success. Egg Station is a very inattentive employee, forgets who and what he cooks, gives your dishes to strangers when you leave for a minute for another meal, and you have to wait another 5-10 minutes (standing next to him and controlling everything) when he makes another dish.
The only positive impression of restaurants is the bartender. For which I thank him very much.
As a result of two stays at the resort since the new year - due to the discrepancy between the rooms according to the criterion of price / quality, as well as because of the disgusting food and service, we no longer plan to visit the resort.
