Excellent base, almost everything is new, security makes rounds at night. Employees monitor the garbage, if the light bulb is not lit, they immediately change it. Trails for every taste, there are several schools for beginners, children have something to do. The only disadvantage is the high price. The service is terrible, just disgusting, in the hotel and in the cafe. The nature and the views are beautiful. Polite staff at the children's center. Interesting routes to climb between the trees. There are no more advantages, taking into account the price of accommodation.
- Upon arrival, he is greeted by a dirty reception and not very cheerful staff. Further communication is similar, it will be polite if you are lucky.
- To help carry the suitcase to the room, you need to ask at least 5 times. In my case, I was told several times in response that my room was not far at all and I could walk myself. Similarly, when you leave, you will wait a very long time. Even if you mark the time.
- Nobody really watches the houses with numbers, it's dark in the evening. No one tells you what and where is in the house with the numbers either.
- The staff was SMOKING right on the territory of the house with the room at the time when I was walking there with my child.
- The service in the cafe leaves much to be desired, as well as the quality of the food. They can bring cold.
- They respond to the claims that our employee said that this did not happen.
- Some visitors carry their suitcases right through the ski slope.
- I asked to replace the dishes that were forgotten to be replaced during the morning cleaning, I waited an hour. Then, again, I heard that it was not their fault.
- Cold bath in the rooms.
- The most important thing is that no one cares about your claims, there will be no apologies and even information that something was taken into account too.

Good afternoon. We rested here from December 13 to December 16, standard room for two in a cottage house, very nice, warm, cozy, clean all the time, clean. There are restaurants on site, they cook delicious food, the staff at the restaurant are well done, special thanks to Yuri. The guys work very well at the rental point, too, plus a lot of instructors, a separate respect to Akizhan, they liked the ski slopes, they are constantly being prepared every evening and early in the morning, the nature and the view are beautiful.

The rooms are cool, the idea itself and their implementation are 4+++, but no one helped with the things, as a result, they dragged their suitcases up the stairs themselves. The fireworks for the New Year were for a maximum of 100 tenge. With such a load and price, they expected a completely different level.
