The renovation inside the building leaves much to be desired. The parking lot is full of holes. The elevators are tired. Overall, it's not bad. From the outside, it seemed better inside.

Excellent business center. I took the international English language exam - IELTS here. The center is clean, the toilets are cleaned and clean. The security is correct. There is a cafe where you can have a coffee or a light snack. The air conditioning is coping and the building is not stuffy. There is a small parking lot and bus stops nearby.
