Disrespectful attitude towards customers. I do not advise spoiling your holiday and mood for the day.
I ordered a potted flower for my mom's birthday online. They brought a flower with a sick (torn) leaf. They explained that the florist did not notice 😐 Ok, let's say. I asked to change it, we agreed. Mom went to change the flower herself and offered another flower for 70 rubles, while I gave 85 rubles for the previous flower and 10 rubles plus delivery! The guys also managed to make a lot of money. The florist talked to my mother in a completely disrespectful way. And again, they explained that there was a confusion with the price. They get a lot of confusion. And for Brest, 10 rubles delivery when ordering 85 rubles is not too much for Brest?
15 rubles of the difference was returned. The delivery was not refunded. Also, the kvk and the festive mood can no longer be returned.

The store is not bad when it is open on holidays (March 8, September 1). Large shipments and a large selection. It is better to make it to order.
And so they will not offer anything how to make a bouquet (a light girl with a short haircut). There were no greens in stock and half of the roses were sold out. The rest of the roses are not fresh. There was a bouquet, but she said that it was already 2 weeks old, the rest at cosmic prices from 120 rubles, so that they looked more or less.
I suggested adding chrysanthemums or something else to the roses, but the seller called this option Soviet and antediluvian. Interestingly, she does not offer anything, but she immediately devalued my options. In the end, she just said give me roses. You don't need to be a florist to just pack roses..... Honestly, the desire to visit this store has disappeared altogether. It feels like I went to the saleswoman's house and demanded to collect bouquets.
She didn't really advise the guy in front of me either, I wanted to pack roses in something, she also said something old-fashioned, and tied the roses with a ribbon🤦♀️
I've never understood why I don't like a job- well, find another one, why would people spoil the mood.
